We recently had some tiles redone, and carpets replaced. I appreciated the help and input I got while at the store, and enjoyed the two different teams that arrived to work on the tiles, then the carpets. Both teams were enthusiastic, helpful, friendly, and hard working. They worked well together as a team, and did a wonderful job. We love the new and updated look! Thank you Chilliwack Carpet One!

We purchased and had installed a laminate flooring including our stairs. We were able to take home a number a samples and that was useful because we ended up choosing a colour that we wouldn’t have initially chosen. Derek and Herman are excellent installers and I can’t say enough about the quality of there workmanship. They removed the old carpeting, installed the laminate efficiently and moved the furniture as required with care. We are totally satisfied with Carpet One and would recommend them without hesitation. Lori G at Chilliwack Carpet One Floor & Home was a great help in getting a quote done for us, ordering the carpet and underlay we wanted, and organizing the carpet crew.

The day of the actual carpet laying was very hot, but Mike and his crew worked heroically all day getting our bedrooms and two long stairwells re-carpeted. The hallway by the bedrooms had some ripples issues after we lived with the carpet for a week, so Lori G arranged to have Mike and his crew return and sort out the problems.

We are delighted with the new carpet and the service provided. Five stars from us - thanks very much!

The communication of any changes should be transmitted to the customer well in advance, especially when dealing with Seniors as change is not aprreciated.
In this instance it was the customer who called one day ahead of the scheduled work to confirm only to be told that it was cancelled and moved to another day.
Not very good customer service.

Reliable friendly great job

We ordered carpets for some rooms and stairs, also needed some vinyl patching. Very easy to deal with, professional installers. Recognize and fix own mistakes with urgency.

Great and friendly staff and this carpet (we chose stainmaster true soft) is amazing. I only took off one star because the installer did not wear booties on his shoes and as a result there were three small stains on the carpet. I was able to clean them out but it was a little disappointing - especially for the cost of this particular carpet.

I just wanted to say thank you to Shanna Wegener for her perfect colour choices, exceptional service and friendly approach.

We dealt primarily with Laurie, and she was excellent to deal with. Although the manufacturers had a delay in making our carpet, Laurie went above and beyond to make sure we were managing alright. The installers were excellent. They were very warm and friendly, and very efficient.

Initial install was delayed due to terrible snow storms. Quickly set new date a few days later. They worked on a holiday to get the job done. The work was spectacular. Very hard working and the finished job was immaculate. Very pleased with the product and the workmanship.
