Great overall experience
Excellent sales staff. Went over and above and brought samples to my residence when I was unable to get to the showroom. Installer was very friendly and efficient. Very happy with the quality of my product. I will use them again for replacing other flooring in my home.

They wanted the homeowner to do there job for them!!
They did not show up on the dates that we confirmed, they showed up the following week which delayed my renovation, and cost me more money in carrying costs. Then the installers refused to clean up after themselves and told me, the home owner, it was my responsibility to clean up after them. Then without my authorization they tried to charge my credit card the final balance, instead of asking me how i would like to pay the balance. I did not have a good experience with this company at all!

Frustrating Job
Expected the job to be completed as quoted but the contractor changed what was going to be done near the end of the project without consultation with us. After discussion they completed the job quoted but rather frustrating when living far from job site

Great service and product.
After a water leak we decided that a new floor was in order. After visiting Alex at the Carpet One Chilliwack location, he provided guidance and suggestions for the various products that would suit the look we wanted.
The install team was fantastic, careful and did a great job.

Extremely Happy from start to finish
We called Carpet One for a quote along with a couple other places for our downstairs to be recarpeted. It was a little more complicated due to exposed rough concrete that needed to be filed down. Carpet One was the only company that was quick to schedule a date to come by. Gave us a quote right away and immediately resolved our concrete problem. This was our 2nd time using this company and we are so happy with their professionalism and effecient work. Everyone we dealt with were so friendly, we would recommend this company to everyone!! Carpet One gave top notch service with excellent installation
Carpet arrived within two weeks of ordering it, and was installed promptly. Only glitch was the salesman neglected to measure one of the rooms, so I had to wait a couple of weeks for more carpet. However it was handled graciously, and with a cost reduction for the wait. I would recommend Carpet One to anyone looking for a good product with fine service.

wonderful experience
Our experience from the moment we entered Chilliwack Carpet One to the time we said goodbye to the floor layers was exemplary. Lori, the sales associate was helpful and knowledgeable about their products. The young men that came into our home to lay the floors were respectful, professional and very dedicated workmen. Laying new floors in a home you live in is very disruptive but the experience we had with this company's employees kept it to a minimum. Our sincere 'thank you' to you all.
