Key has a great selection and makes it easy to purchase. We worked with Lui and she was very knowledgeable and guided us to find the perfect doors we were shopping for. Their price was very fair and so far the experience was great. We had to order door so we'll hope the great service continues.

Chiltern doors are a fantastic company, the website is very easy to use which makes selecting the configuartion of purchasing windows and doors incredibly easy. We had become so fed up of traipsing pushy contractors around our home and being told what we want, but fitting yourself really isn't that bad. The installation guides provided were excellent, they maintained good communication to keep us up to date with our order, delivery was prompt and to top it all off, it came in as half the cost quoted by contractors. Lastly Haris was so helpful during the whole process.

From the start to finish of appointing Chiltern windows and doors, the service was to top and personal standard. We couldn’t recommend the team enough.

On day one (Sunday afternoon) the director personally opened up the showroom to take us through the products.

Wasn’t a pushy salesman!

Explained all options available to us on colour matchings and design of doors.

On the same day (Sunday) drove a 90 mile round trip to visit our house to measure up so to give us the best and most accurate price.

Communicated on when our doors were in and days available.

Fitting. The employed team (not sub contractors) were polite, tidy and friendly.
On completion of each door, took us through the finish and locking mechanism.
The end product is absolutely spot on with a high quality finish that has transformed our home.

We had a very old front door which needed replacing. Called up and everything was arranged over the phone and photos of the door sent to me. Door has been fitted and looks lovely. The fitter, Paul was great! Really friendly and talked me through how to use the locks etc. Really pleased with the door and service. Thank you

We have not used Chiltern Doors and actually stumbled upon them by mistake but were immediately impressed by the service provided by Lui in the showroom, which was very helpful rather than being a hard sales approach.

He was great in explaining all the options then getting us to design the front door we actually wanted within our budget and also in accommodating a cat-flap to be put into our back door.

Pricing was as competitive as we had seen anywhere else including direct-internet companies.

The doors were fitted on different days and the service throughout extremely good (with final payment not required until the final door was fitted). The doors are of great quality and the after-service available also impressive.

Angie in the office was also very good with regular communication and service.

We would 100% can recommend them to anyone considering buying a new door..

I have used Chiltern Doors previously and have been so impressed that I have had them supply and fit another door front door on another property I own. Quality is great and the workmanship is excellent. Paul fitted my door and worked very hard to get it exactly right and cleared away any mess and treated my property with great respect. Lui and Angie in the office are superb with communication and service. 100% can recommend them to anyone.

Poor after sale customer service. Has been going through a worse experience since Chilterndoors fitted our front door. Cold draft is entering in to the property and I have emailed/ text many times but no response. Lui called me over a month ago that the engineer will call and arrange a visit but no contact has been made. I have texted/ email to him and company but not a single reply. People who did not have any issue after the door installation they can be lucky but people like me stuck if anything go wrong after the installation of the door. Wish I would have gone to company who take care well to their customer after sale. Many thanks

I have just had my door supplied and fitted by Atom at Chiltern Doors.

From start to finish it has been faultless. Atom has been a great communicator, always easy to get hold of, didn’t promise the door on the day I requested but went above and beyond to get the door delivered on that day. Very polite and friendly, really lovely to do business with and there has been absolutely nothing I can complain about throughout the process. 4 weeks from start to finish.

The install team were due to arrive at 7:30, arrived at 7:10. Extremely polite and friendly, kept my house internally and externally clean and tidy, removed all of the old door, even tidied up the damaged render with cement which was a lovely touch as didn’t think they were going to do that.
