Bought a bag of single origin Guatemala beans. I’d been drinking Italian roast single origin Colombian beans from Quinchia. Sainsburys ones! And I’m sorry to say the Chimney Fire beans from Guatemala just taste like Starbucks to me. No flavour. I tried a triple shot and it just got bitter but still tasteless. I see they are medium rather than Italian roast. What am I missing here?

Fantastic coffees - fresh, flavoursome and a great choice. Delivery is fast. Service is superb.

We've been buying Chimney fire coffee for well over three years now. More recently we serve it to our course participants at Joy farms craft courses in Surrey. Locally roasted really fits our USP - but also its just really great coffee that our craft participants love. The guys are also great people! So in short couldnt recommend it enough.

Coffee arrived in good time despite the Royal Mail delays at the moment. The coffee tastes great and I cannot wait to order some more!

This experience was first class. I made a huge mistake in the order and needed to request a partial refund. Not only was my email answered within a very short time, but the refund was issued promptly and it was all managed in a very friendly and helpful manner.
I recommend this company for their superb customer service. Can’t wait to taste the product!

Tried the coffee experience - it was excellent. Dan was very knowledgeable and passionate about the whole coffee journey, from ‘bean to cup’ as they say. A great opportunity to understand more about coffee quality and to taste a few variations. Newly acquired knowledge helps the appreciation ! It was an experience present for our son’s 21st and we all thoroughly enjoyed it. Thanks Dan !

Good service, good coffee. Arrived about 2 weeks after roasting date, which is a bit of a shame, but nothing too major.

This is a somewhat bitter sweet review to write; when I go out to cafes, I constantly compare coffee from other roasters to Chimney Fire, and most of the time I find it lacking. On the other hand, I save so much money because I can brew my own barista-quality coffee at home and at work. My lockdown morning coffee is one of the highlights of my day at the moment! Aside from the great taste and quality of the coffee, the beans are sourced ethically and the packaging is environmentally friendly which is a big bonus! Thank you Chimney Fire; you’ve well and truly ruined me for other coffee!
