I have to apologize to China Post.. I gave them a bad review earlier because I got scammed from someone who posted a fake Dick'sSportting site on Instagram. After having time to think about this. I'm pretty sure that China Post are victims just like we are. The scammers are making fake China Post pages and giving us fake tracking numbers to let us believe that the shipment is on the way and it's going to be delivered .. After researching, I found out that China Post tracking numbers usually start with an R. The tracking number that I received started with an A. The fake link the scammers sent to us is the fake China Post page. You can't even click on any icon to find anything. So it's not the real China Post shipping business. China Post never sent an email to me. The email or link I have is access through the email the scammers sent. We cannot rely on that.. China Post is not the culprits. It's the scammers that's leading us to believe it's China Post.. I recommend that all who have used your credit card and or debit card to cancel those cards and get new ones. Because, we may wake up one day and find out that our money is gone from our bank accounts. Shame on Instagram, and Facebook for allowing the scammers to post fake companies on their site..

Same old story. Not arrived after weeks of tracking info being provided. I appreciate they are not doing the deliveries but if you are passing on the lies from china post then you cannot just say - not me, not me. Don’t let these guys include you in the massive scamming that they are doing so widely. If you simply take their info and pass it on blindly then you are part of the scam.
Update: in response to below my tracking number is As840776635cn and I can see it on your site - it doesn’t say it is delivered as it does on 17track site but details and times match theirs. I have given them a negative review too.
Update 2. I take on your points but if this is the case tell me where that parcel went and what it contained and we might be getting somewhere. It went to my town by your tracking and to my postcode and there aren’t 100 houses in my postcode. You admit it’s a parcel you delivered so where did it go???

This company may just be a tracking company, but the question is: What are they actually tracking? How can they track parcels that obviously don't and have probably never existed. In my book this makes them as bad as the scammers who are taking money from honest people with no intention of supplying anything. So many item not delivered from so many supposed suppliers all using the same postal service. So many dishonest people in this world, so sad!!
This update is to address the replies I have received from China post tracking,
I do understand the purpose of your company and that you have no attachment to any supplier, as I actually mentioned on the first line of my initial review.
However if you are receiving/obtaining information from these scam companies you are confirming your association with these companies. If you know they are fake then don't supply the information at all. Judging by all the negative reviews you are receiving surely this is something you should be considering.

Looks like you don't understand. You can track your parcel on your official carrier site. How I know it is China Post - https://www.ems.com.cn/. Your tracking numbers are real, but we're going to another person. Screamers can dedicate real tracking numbers and send them to people who buy fake items. You can track your parcel at another tracking site, like 17track, the parcel app, AfterShip, and more, and you get some tracking because all these sites and our site take data from the official carrier site (Why did you not rate those sites, too?). I don't know why you rate our site. Maybe it is because our service has the same name as "China Post," but we are not China Post. I don't know how to reach people anymore. It is very easy to blame others for your mistakes. And I'll have to shovel it out.

I was scammed by a fake river island website in december and supplied wit a fake China post tracking number, china post reported as delivered but I have the evidence that the fake parcel with the fake tracking number was not delivered as shown on camera at the address. Facebook and Instagram are allowing scammers advertise fake shopping sites and use China post fake tracking numbers.

China Post fake tracking process
Ordered 2 tracksuits from DHgate which were sent via China Post, tracking number started with AM, I am in all the time and have a ring video doorbell, after waiting 23 days the tracking then said delivered and signed for, it wasn't delivered at all.
Another parcel again with AM tracking number, again got updated with delivered and signed for and again no parcel received.
This time I contacted Royal Mail who advised these AM tracking numbers are usually a scam and the tracking is updated throughout the delivery process by China Post.
This is called a Chinese brushing scam where sellers are manipulating sales figures to gain trust from buyers further down the line and just to clarify things, DHgate will also be aware of this process (they're not soft) in fact I wouldn't be surprised if this whole process has been conjured up by DHgate in collaboration with China post, after all, it helps their new sellers get established.
So, if you buy from DHgate and see something a lot cheaper than other sellers, check the sellers sales, check if they have feedback on display, if not then its likely you will receive a tracking number beginning with AM and ending CN, if you do receive this type of tracking, your not going to receive anything as the seller does not send an item yet China Post update the tracking as if your item is moving through the network when in fact there is no item plus the tracking updates on each of these AM numbers are identicle as Ive had more than one to cross reference them, you then have to open a dispute with DHgate for a resend or refund, if you request resend, after 7 days when the seller hasn't resent (which they wont), DHgate will refund you.
So, China Post have a little scam running for sellers to do this as well as the legitimate side of the business which is running in sync with Royal Mail.
WELL DONE CHINA POST FOR FACILITATING THIS SCAM AND THINKING ITS FOOL PROOF, UNFORTUNATELY FOR YOU, SCAM BUSTER DID A LITTLE BIT OF DIGGING AND SAW RIGHT THROUGH YOUR SHADY LITTLE PROCESS.
BEST ADVICE FOR BUYERS:-
USE DUE DILIGENCE BEFORE BUYING ON DHGATE, IF YOU GET A TRACKING NUMBER BEGINNING WITH AM, LET THE TRACKING COMPLETE AND WHEN IT FINALLY SAYS DELIVERED AND SIGNED FOR, AT THAT POINT RAISE A DISPUTE WITH DHgate, if your from the UK also contact Royal Mail via their website to confirm its a fake reference number then send a screenshot in your dispute with DHgate.

Stupidly ordered something on facebook, once the tracking number was given, I started to track the order. After almost 30 days it said it had been delivered and signed for BUT it wouldn’t have been by us. My wife had been home all day. When you go to ‘live chat’ you get connected immediately, however after a few questions, you get transferred to another website where a ‘Technician’ will help you resolve the issue BUT you have to pay £1 to continue the chat for 3 days, then £35 a month thereafter. I declined as it is even more of a ripoff. Be aware!
