Wish I could leave 0 star. I ordered some makeup stuff from instagram store called “Sephora Black Friday” their website was exactly the same as Sephora. They told me it takes 30-40 days to receive it. It showed “out for delivery” for a long long time, but I’ve never received anything. I complained to the customer service then they said “your item has been delivered” I checked security cameras but nobody came that day that my package was delivered. They told me that they have a proof that it shows it’s delivered on China post website. I messaged China post but they’ve never replied to me. They didn’t want to give me a money back so I had no choice, I called bank and got a refund. My bank told me that China post use fake tracking number for items that never exist. This scam company’s email address is xpay@goshopping-service please be careful!!!

Says delivered and not! Emails bouncing back after trying to cancel the order before it was even shipped ! They are nothing but scammers and I am going to now try and report to every platform , the police, and anyone else that needs reporting too! This is my last Christmas and all I wanted was my family to sit at a table together so to say I am gutted is an understatement as I now can’t afford another 😢 to much in my head to see that it was a scam and to add to how I am already feeling now feel very ashamed of myself for being so stupid!

Out for delivery for the past 30 days .A total scam , china post is fake if you ask me , money down the drain . I would advise not to use any website that mentions China Post. I gave one star because there is no option for none

There was an advertisement on Facebook that promoted themselves as a local Bed, Bath and Bodyworks here in Tampa. I placed the order for five candles for Christmas in November. I then saw on the tracking it was coming from Hong Kong, and this is the second time I ordered an advertisement on
Facebook that was sent thru Chinapost and I never received it. Very Upset there are sooo many scammers out there.

Well now that I see everyone else saying their packages aren’t showing up I don’t feel crazy. It’s according to tracking been sitting at my post office for 3 days. I ordered something through Walmart thinking it was Walmart because ITS ON THE WALMART app but no- they have a 3rd party seller. Which is ridiculous because people come here to shop with Walmart. Not randoms on the internet in China. But I didn’t know that until way after I ordered. First it sat for 23 days in China before they “shipped” it. Now it’s been in the mail for 10. And at my local most office for 3. This has been the worst experience I’ve had with shipping. What turned into a birthday gift, had to be a thanksgiving gift, then when thanksgiving past I thought okay fine it’ll be for Christmas. Now Christmas is almost here. Based on these comments, I have a feeling it won’t come at all. Which is ridiculous. I spent $55 on a blanket. Who wants to scam people on blankets? Weird asf. I’m really upset here. I’m 16, that’s money I saved and worked for. Just to be scammed away. I will be filing with Walmart and getting my money back. Anyone who is using this shipper should beware. Walmart needs to be advised on this as well.

Track my package all the way to *delivered status* I never recieved my package I have been home all day since Monday waiting. So either China Post is a scam or the delivery guys are thieves and mark as delivered and keep the package. Won't bother using again not happy at all.

Cant find my parcel,It's saying delivered. Where? sent tracking n°. Put me onto a technician who wanted me to pay $68 through my paypal. So annoyed think I got scammed !!!

I check to see if my package was delivered and it said it was delivered but were in the hell is it. Also yesterday it said Thornton out for delivery I live in Auburn hills, Michigan not Thornton my tracking number is AM075086141CN someone else had the same tracking number as mine.

Had 4 parcels not turn up using china post . all stating they had been signed for and delivered . Never seen any of them. worst delivery company out there . quite happily take your money and your items are non existent.

Never received my order
It said it was delivered and that I signed for it.
It was complete fraud. I ended up getting random charges on my bank account totalling over $1500.
I was able to stop activity right away and got all of my money returned.

This is a scam operation!!! Beware and don't expect resolution. Call your CC company immediately and dispute your purchase.

I believe the RG FROM JAPAN is from China Post! Every other person on here has had a scam experience and our money stolen with China Post! RG GET A LIFE!

As everyone is saying they say they are sending the package, and its flying into the uk and has been delivered to your address. But it's a scam!

Package never delivered. Do not purchase anthing from Kukua Store as they use China Post, you will not get a package from either company. Both are a waste of time, life and money. Had to give one star to just get to write something, they need no stars

China post is just a front for illegal goods shipping to the UK. They are corrupt to the highest level and you will most likely never get a parcel ordered. They use fake delivery numbers to scam buyers and use the documents to smuggle illegal imports to the UK. Do not trust them

Bought 2 x robot cat litter boxes from Quiksma. China post say they delivered today. My Ring door bell proves you didn't. Total scammers. Please do not buy from Quiksma. It's a scam and China post are enablers. AG985518671CN
