bought something in onbuy.com. they provide me the tracking number: AS020473248CN. the tracking information said: it arrive soon, but never arrive and provide fake tracing record. just helping the scammer to continue cheating our money

Scammers says delivered nothing was received. I bought 4x sets of suitcases as I am travelling to a few countries soon n they have lied n scammed me.

Ordered a handbag off Amazon. This is a scam! Like others, says “delivered” but never got my package. Tried searching tracking info through other carriers and they all have the same details, “no information found.” Seller name: guangzhouwuquanshangmaoyouxiangongsi.

This is a scam site that supposedly tracks China Mail Packages coming to the US. The reality is, the tracking numbers are made up and the scam seller is paying the website to pretend to track it. All information is bogus. There is no package, it's all pretend. Eventually the package will make it through customs and never be picked up by the USPS. This is because there is no package to be picked up and no package ever made it through customs.

They used to do it so that it would show delivered but then realized too many payment methods in the US refund that money or cut off companies that don't refund it. So now it just is stuck at customs and there's nothing you can do about it and USPS doesn't pick it up.

Luckily I ordered using PayPal, and if you've ever done a refund with PayPal they do a full investigation and it can take 3 weeks of back and forth between you PayPal and the seller. Not this time lol. As soon as I told PayPal about this website they refunded my money instantly.

Why can't we give 0 stars? I placed an order through Amazon and it said "Delivered; handed off directly;" but no one at our house received anything. I asked our neighbors too and they said they did not mistakenly receive anything for me. Chinapost blatantly lied, took my money and that was it. Thankfully, Amazon issued a full refund.

I had a shipment of tea from Yunnan to Hokkaido Japan and the tracking was unreal, Yunnan Kunming to Guangzhou, Guangdong then left for Japan from there within two days from posting in Yunnan. It was held up for more than that in Japan before it was handed over to Japan Post. every flight was noted and it was just what tracking should be...credit to them, and another package followed the same a few days later...with the same detailed tracking.

Never arrived. The tracking never moved from first date. Not buying anything from China again.

I was home the whole day yesterday 12/16/22 my tracking number AS811233307CN said it was delivered, but I have not seen anybody come up and deliver the package. I have the exact address and everything and I can’t message the seller anymore. It’s a total scam

I ordered a sofa bed on Amazon and it was to arrive on November 29, 2022on the 30th I called Amazon because I tried reaching out to the seller and I got a return message saying the seller has left Amazon so I called Amazon and they were to respond to the seller well on December 1st I finally got notified saying they attempted delivery at 4:30pm but when I look on Amazon it said the delivery was attempted at 1:18am but on the tracking it shows that it was attempted delivery at 6 am but I never got an email or a call my son was home all day and no one rang the door bell but after I called Amazon about it that's when I got an email notification but the time is all wrong I live in Massachusetts I thought I was buying it from Amazon not some place in China and Amazon is not listening to me all they hear is that I didn't receive my order but not the attempted delivery is wrong because they never attempted delivery I don't know if I should just get my money back or at least try to get my money back I can't find any way to contact China post but I really need this sofa bed

I order from a company that uses china post I never received my package there no customer service number or email I lost my money on this

Absolutely useless, took my money, gave me a tracking number, pretended they had delivered, ignored me when I complained!
Avoid at all costs !
