Terrible all around I returned the first pair of jeans too small took almost a month to get the exchange and they sent wrong pair of jeans.

yet another scam company with poor quality products that presents itself with a return exchange policy with a very fine print of not actually accepting returns. The jeans are in poor quality and fits terribly.

I was skeptical about these jeans but the Facebook ads wouldn't quit and I started seeing reviews with pictures... And then read a description where you don't have the "waist gap" common with a lot of other jeans. So I gave them a try and can honestly say, they live up to the hype! they are my FAVORITE jeans ever, and they make my butt look amazing... But disclaimer that I think they are made for a very specific body type (small waist, medium to big booty).

If I can give 0 stars I would. Horrible company horrible jeans they go up to your chest, who wants That?!?? And no returns of course because they sell garbage and don’t want garbage back.

Wish I could have researched before I bought from IG Ad. SCAM of a 'small business'. They don't have a RETURN policy, only an EXCHANGE policy even if it is within 10 business days of receiving the package. I ordered on Instagram after being served multiple ads and fell for it. I didn't think to go on their website and look at the RETURN policy, b/c what clothing company doesn't accept a return within 30 days, sometimes even 60 or 90 days if the tags are on and in original condition. Don't be scammed like me.

I ordered two pairs of jeans. They were too small. I sent them back (tags on) to receive store credit so I could order a bigger size. When I went to checkout using the store credit it only gave me $20 off per item so I still had to pay $100 for the two pairs of jeans!!? Customer service is not helpful and seems automated. It’s a shame as I really loved the jeans and quality of them. If the company had better communication with their consumer it would make the world of difference.

I ordered a pair of jeans from this place, but they didn't fit, so I returned them and never received a replacement. I've emailed them multiple times without any response, which has been incredibly frustrating and a waste of my time and money. I've also seen online reviews where the responses from the company are extremely rude, and it seems like they don't handle criticism well. Instead of ignoring customers and being rude, maybe they should focus on providing good customer service.

Tale as old as time: hip company misrepresents their product, customer receives their bad product, company doesn’t make it right. I bought a simple cropped tank top after seeing some promo images on social media. I was wary of the shipping aspect, as these small companies push the social media promotions hard and typically take forever to ship and have terrible return policies. But their product was advertised very well, reviews seemed honest, and there appeared to be a quality weight to the tank top in photos. I splurged and bought one.

I was pleasantly surprised when I received my top in the mail less than a week after ordering! However, when I opened it, I immediately knew I had actually been sold total cheap ****. The top is thin as paper with uneven hems. Just ridiculously cheap quality.

I’m not interested in being ignored and/ or gaslit by yet another fly-by-night company for providing feedback, so I skipped that bs and came straight here. I now know to check this site for honest reviews from here on out. Buyer beware… this product isn’t special, it’s standard fast fashion trash with very good photo editing and promotion.

I made the purchase on May 6th, but the package never arrived. When I tracked it, the status indicated that it was "returned." I contacted the company to inquire about why it was returned, but they only asked for my address, which they should have had. It's been over a month, and I still haven't received the item. Given the circumstances, I've requested a full refund. It's incredibly frustrating that they're not processing a refund for a package that wasn't delivered. I regret not checking reviews before making the purchase, but I suppose that's my responsibility for falling for sponsored posts! Still waiting for what I paid for, or a refund!

They have a horrible return policy. Feels like a scam! Don't buy from them!

Their customer service is responsive but any company that doesn't offer a refund for items that don't fit is a thief. You're held hostage with a store credit. Their high rise jeans in the smallest size are too large/too high and I'm forced to spend $69 on tank tops because they won't refund me?! It's stealing!

Terrible the jeans fit way too small and to exchange them was a huge pain. They didn’t have anything in my size and basically I lost my money.

Literally the worst customer service ever, they scam you and charge you more for no reason and they do not respond when you contact them. I would give them a zero star.

Ordered two pairs of jeans, sizing was much larger than expected and one pair arrived with the zipper sewed on backwards. No refunds, even for a manufacturing defect. My sizes are out of stock so I am stuck with store credit I can't use.

I recently purchased from Chipre for the first time based off an ad I saw on social media. I read all the reviews on their website and the pictures of the items looked great- it was exactly what I was looking for. What I received was a terrible disappointment.
The shorts are some of the most ill fitting bottoms I have ever tried on- the front was incredibly baggy and the fabric cinched up like a giant diaper. Absolutely nothing like the picture shown. Additionally, I rolled them like the picture shows and they immediately unrolled after walking around in them in the house for a minute. They fit in the waist no problem, but I definitely couldn’t have gone down to a smaller size so there’s no way sizing down would have fixed the bagginess.
The jeans I was really hoping for a better outcome considering that’s what you seem to sell most. The color I ordered was shown online as a dark navy blue- the ones I received are straight up black. There is no blue undertone at all. Also, they didn’t fit in the waist- even though it was the same size I ordered in the shorts and the waist in the shorts fit, so that doesn’t make sense. How can there be so much inconsistency?
Overall I’m a really disappointed customer and to rub salt in the wound, I’m aware of their policy, I can’t get my money back. There is nothing on their website I would consider exchanging for after how terrible the two items I did purchase fit. I wish they wouldn’t photoshop their product pictures as they’re clearly VERY misleading and do not look as shown. I also wish I would have read the real reviews about their company on google- as those are actually accurate unlike the fake five star reviews all over their website. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

You can buy but beware. All the reviews here are on point and I had pretty much the same experience as the other people here. I have bought several pairs of jeans from this company. Every order I had something was wrong- it was the sizing. It was annoying but okay since their policy allowed up to one free exchange so I was able to exchange to find a better fit for most of them except this last order. For reference, I’m a size 26 based off their size chart. I had bought skinny jeans initially and they fit fine. So this time I wanted to try their mom jeans and bought same size as usually do-and oh boy they were HUGE- WAY WAY off. I bought two and both were big. So, I sent them back and decided to exchange to the style I was familiar with (skinny jeans) since I wasn’t sure how many sizes to size down for the mom jeans. I ordered two skinny jeans. One pair fit fine like the others and other one was soooo small I could barely fit over my leg! And they were both the “same size” and granted I’m a slim athletic person, 5’5 120lbs. I reached out to customer service and they told me to send it back but I had to pay for return shipping which was $11 & change. I was not happy but did it anyway. This is clearly a manufacturing issue, they have ALOT of sizing inconsistencies. Back to the recent issue, so they sent me a credit for exchange but I have to pay another $10 to ship the new exchange. This would add up to paying additional $20 for their fault.I reached out and explained the situation and asked that they include shipping for the new exchange. They said “No” they “can’t bear the costs of shipping”. So I guess I have to beat the costs of shipping because of their fault??! and more so Im not even sure what I will get with the new exchange because the sizes are so inconsistent. I guess I’ll have to contact my credit card company and see what they can do. I think the more chargebacks they get then they’ll be forced to change because credit companies won’t be doing business with them. Bottom line is you may get lucky getting the right size but it’s a gamble and more then likely you will have to pay another $20 or more depending how many exchanges it will take to get the right size. After this experience, No I will not buy again and No - I would not recommend to my friend or family to buy from there based on this experience.

I ordered two pairs of pants & one pair of shorts, all in size 26. The shorts I received were the incorrect style & had too much extra space in the front & back, the skinny jeans I could not get over my thighs, whereas the mom jeans were too big with a gaping wedge of extra fabric sticking out the back waist. No consistency in their sizing. They say they’re a small company so they don’t give refunds, really sketchy, so I’m stuck now trying to guess & hope I can exchange for something that fits. Don’t give this company your money. I feel like I got scammed.

Extremely innacurate sizing!!!! extremely tight on thighs, hems are sewn in a weird way and not as high waisted as they say.
