Generally good experience, hard to return products.
Generally good experience with the items, but a bit hard to return. They dont provide a printed out return slip, or send a confirmation email once a return has been registered on their website.

Great shipping time / poor price v. quality
The shipping time was great. However the price / quality ratio of the product is lacking. The material felt cheaper in person than on the photos, the cut is also not very flattering (it bulges at the zipper - looks like it was sewn incorrectly as it doesn't lie flat). Besides, it's really hard to pick sizes as Chiquelle doesn't provide a size chart in cm, which really is a pity because it seems like a very easy fix to a lot of customer issues listed.

poorly sewn lace
The product was delivered quickly, which was positive. But the top was poorly sewn, considering that it costs almost 40 euros. I don't have time to return and exchange the top, so I have to repair it myself with a sewing machine.
