Somewhat disappointed
The buying process went smoothly. The mobile arrived when expected and well packaged. It is genuine UK stock ̶a̶t̶ ̶a̶ ̶g̶r̶e̶a̶t̶ ̶p̶r̶i̶c̶e̶!̶
A few days later, Chitter Chatter dropped the price of the phone by £70. Of course, had I known about the price drop I would have waited a few days before buying. A call to sales found them unsympathetic and an email to customer service was not even answered. I am disappointed that they could not even take time to contact me.

No obvious catch, just a genuine bargain.
Bought a Samsung Galaxy S20 FE for my wife. Saved a lot of money by not buying from Samsung. Free next day Royal Mail delivery as promised. The phone is cheaper because its a European model, but it's brand new and has been adapted to function in the UK. There is no other catch, so far, but I will update this review if something goes wrong. Phone works great so far. For those wondering, the FE model seems more than adequate for average folk like us, and Chitter Chatter experience was great. So far so good.

Lowest price, excellent service
The lowest price by a considerable margin compared with retailers mentioned by a leading consumer group made me skeptical. Chitter Chatter are upfront about some of their products being bought in Europe which I assume gives them a competitive price edge. Having price compared with a major high street and online retailer who were a few pounds more expensive and also after considering the reviews I ordered from Chitter Chatter.
The ordering, tracking and next day delivery service was excellent, hence my 5 star review. After two days I have reason to expect the phone will perform the same as a UK sourced model.

I bought a Google Pixel 6 from Chitter…
I bought a Google Pixel 6 from Chitter Chatter, they were cheaper than anyone else by £40. The phone took 3 days to arrive, but Chitter Chatter were in touch by email just to let me know what was going on. Can't really fault the service.

I ordered the phone and it came via royal mail as promised. Unfortunately there was a problem at the warehouse and i got the wrong phone. However, it was sorted out immediately at no cost to me and another phone was in the post next day. I actually spoke to a real person and got through straight away no call centres or holding on. I was very impressed.
