A52s 5G is fine so far. Arrived promptly, and as described. Unbroken seals on the box made it clear this is an import which has been flashed with the UK software, and now contains the right power plug. This was what I expected but it's good to know Chitter Chatter are upfront about it.

I needed to replace my old smartphone on account of age and its beginning to malfunction. Having decided which one to buy I searched online and found Chitter Chatter to be the most competitive by far. I ordered late Friday, completing the order about 10mns after 17:00, fully expecting to receive the phone on Tuesday. However, Chitter Chatter dispatched the same evening, even though their T&Cs indicated that orders had to be placed no later than 17:00 for next day delivery at the weekend. I was absolutely delighted therefore to receive an email confirming delivery on Saturday, and even more to receive the package around 9:00 the next day.

I chose Chitter Chatter after several days looking for a refurbished phone. I decided it was worth paying a bit extra for a phone in pristine condition. A Samsung Galaxy S9 arrived looking as new and working perfectly.

I was a bit dubious as I had never heard of them and the price was the best I could find but it was a great service and item came next day as promised.

I was nervous about using a company I'd never heard of before but found a link to their site on the Money Saving Expert site and decided to trust it. I'm pleased I did - the price of the phone was the best around and it arrived next day delivery in perfect condition. I did want a different colour but would have had to wait a little longer for it, which was a shame so i went for my next best preferred colour. I was also given a £5 off voucher whilst checking out but was unable to use it as I could not see anywhere to enter it during check out, which is the main reason for dropping 1 star unfortunately.

Generally, a good experience. I've received the product I wanted undamaged, perfect shape, new as described. I have used it for a full day non-stop and it works as it should. A few small hiccups, however. My order arrived a day late but I didn't mind it too much as I was not in a hurry. There were plenty of updates as well that informed me of its whereabouts. I do not attribute this delay to the company directly. My other concern was the somewhat slim packaging the item was in because
it did not feel very protective. Overall, I would recommend this company to others and would look into other offers here.
