Phone arrived the day after ordering with UK plug charger. Device has worked as advertised, cant say much more. A few questions I had before ordering were very quickly answered by ChitChat staff.

I purchased the samsung z flip 3 lavender without contract. The phone arrived as described in perfect working condition. And the item was shipped and recieved a day later.

On a few days break away my 6 year old phone decided to die on me and was refusing to charge. I had already been searching for a new phone for a few weeks and had narrowed it down to a couple of phones. Panic stations, I had to get a new phone and try and save/transfer the data from my old phone and get a new phone at the best price I could. After another search online I found Chitter Chatter through MSE and the big bonus for me was it was at a great price £90 less than Amazon and I was able to pay with my Paypal account giving me the option of interest payments over 3 or 4 months. Phone arrived as promised next day delivery in perfect condition, unlocked and sim free. Fantastic service, couldn't be happier and would highly recommend.

Good customer service, but did not manage next day delivery and I had to phone up. Phone was not UK version and they open phone box to put in UK charger. Pity Samsung supply 15w charger and not 25w which phone is capable of using. Phone works fine and Chitter Chatter did apologise genuinely for delayed delvery.

I was recommended Chitter Chatter by a friend. I read all the reviews and gave them a try. They certain lived up to my expectations. I ordered over the weekend and the phone was delivered at 10am on Tuesday morning with plenty of notifications. I am pleased with the mobile phone and was using it the same day.
I did call them to ask for advice and they were very helpful and polite.

I am happy with my SamsungA12 phone. It was what I needed, a bigger screen and memory and good price. Service was easy and quick. As I have only started using the phone I can only comment on the above and not how I get on using the phone.
