Needed a replacement phone quickly as my old one had failed. I attempted to buy from another seller, but was thwarted by demands for copies of passport, household Bill's etc...Not so with Chitter Chatter, ordered phone at very good price and had confirmation immediately. Like most I had slight concerns about the product, will it be genuine, sealed, new? I needn't have worried. It arrived on the day specified, in a fully sealed box (no extra charge, unlike some). It was as described and worked as expected. I am very pleased and would use again.
