I love these chocs.. let down by another seller on Amazon once too many. So will come to these guys again.

Didn’t receive my order. Wasn’t contacted by them and eventually I tracked down the owner who said he’ll send part of my order out, which hasn’t happened. Be VERY careful buying from them.

Prompt delivery, no fuss, great product - a hit at our street party

I have not received it as yet. I got a message saying it would be delivered, unfortunately I wasn't home. I redirected to collect at post office and they still have not received it

Product was brilliant, price good, sent promptly. Unfortunately the packaging had a very strong perfume smell, so I had to dispose of all of the packaging to avoid damaging the chocolates. I would have thought a chocolate company would know better.

Cancelled my order without any explanation whatsoever ever!! Very strange…..I emailed but got zero response! Avoid this site

Before I give a negative review I will always give the company a chance to respond and rectify.

I ordered a birthday gift for my son-in-law, his favourite chocolates. They arrived in good time, but the problem was the 'best before' date. Just 17 days left, they would have been out-of-date on his actual birthday and I did not want to give him out-of-date chocolates. The box they were in also had a very strange floral scent!

I immediately emailed Chocokingdom explaining how disappointed I was, it was ignored.

3 days later I emailed them again, asking for a resolution, I used capital letters and asked them to PLEASE RESPOND, again, ignored.

Terrible customer service!

An expensive mistake on my part.

I have ordered from them twice. Ordered 3 big boxes of Cot e dor chocolates which all had an extremely short expiry date of a month. I emailed them twice about this and never got a response back. Extremely poor customer service, I don’t know why they even bother to put an email address down as a form of contact if they don’t reply to them.
