Excellent, I had my kitchen and through to hallway relaid by them.
They arrived on time and worked really hard to get the job done over the 4 four days as promised.
I have used them over the past 30 years in all of my houses and wouldn’t go anywhere else.

What a fabulous experience, from beginning to end. Clive came out, measured everything and guided us through the process. Fitting was a dream, both Mike and Charlie were spot on. Furniture was moved and the whole house was carpeted over two days. I have no bad words. They and the company are excellent - 100% recommend them

We recently had our holiday home re-carpeted by Choice. They're service was amazing from start to finish. The range and quality of products they offer is fantastic and with Clive's expert knowledge and advice we were able to select the best carpets for us. The team that fitted our carpets were friendly, professional and efficient, they carefully removed and then restored all of our furniture as it had been. The finished product was lovely and I'm sure we will continue to enjoy them for many years. I highly recommend this company as a go-to for new carpets - a really traditional feel about the business without any of the modern and often cheap sales pitches, they offer fantastic advice with authentic practices.

We are very pleased with our new carpet through the lounge, hall, stairs, landing and main bedroom. The fitters Mike and Charlie have done a 1st class job and such nice young men. We have used Choice carpets before and would again as you know you can trust them.

Having moved house 3 years ago Choice carpets have transformed the interior fitting new carpets to 3 x rooms and curtains in the lounge. The carpet fitters helped with moving heavy furniture, were polite, respectful and arrived in smart company uniform and logoed van. The curtains were bespoke and look amazing. A first class service from Clive and his team.

Good choice of quality carpets available. Friendly, helpful service in store and on the home visit. The carpet fitters were excellent. Arrived on time and cleared up as they went along. Trimmed the doors and were excellent. Could not fault the service. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Great service and have used the previously for stairs and bedroom so did not hesitate to get them back again for another bedroom.
Fitters also moved wardrobes and bed . Very efficient service

The only downside was that they wouldn’t fit at the weekend, which means that as teachers it was very difficult to arrange this and this wasn’t highlighted during the initial appointment

I have recently purchased venetian blinds from Choice Carpets in Maidstone and am extremely satisfied with the whole service that I received. From my first visit to the shop, to Clive coming to measure up and advise me which blinds would work best for my windows and needs, through to Nathan coming to fit my blinds. The whole process run smoothly and each person that I came into contact with was professional, polite, and engaging. I am extremely happy with my blinds and will not hesitate to return to Choice Carpets should I wish to purchase, blinds, curtains, or flooring in the future. Secondly, your team of installers have been absolutely amazing. I have literally made them a cup of tea each morning and just left them to it, they knew exactly what needed to be done and got on with it. The results are fantastic and have surpassed our expectations, we are absolutely delighted.

The fitting is second to none, never had to request a revisit. When installing a blind, Nathan kindly let me video him teaching me how to pop the slatted blind in and out of its fitting.

Choice Carpets are a family firm and not one of the retail park chains and it shows from start to finish. We have used them on three occasions and our experience has been the same each time, friendly and knowledgeable staff, no sales pressure and a job well done. From the initial site visit to measure up to the final vacuuming and removing the offcuts and packaging (YES they don`t leave you to clear away , they do it) your home is respected. If your proposed carpet supplier doesn`t offer you the complete package you've chosen the wrong one. Highly recommended.
