No AC for 3 weeks!
No AC for 3 weeks!
I am not one to write reviews, but I want to make sure that everyone knows what they are getting into before getting this AWFUL home insurance. We are still waiting for our airconditioning unit to be fixed, and it has already been three weeks since we filed the claim. We were finally allowed to find our own technician after almost two weeks of waiting for them to assign us one. They then decided to deny our claims stating that we already had the unit fixed before approval. OUR AC UNIT IS STILL BROKEN, and even the case manager assigned could not explain how they came up with that conclusion. They apparently have to submit it again for review which will take another 48 hours. I called today (Saturday), and they state the reviewers do not work weekends, so it is essentially 4 days before we get any kind of response. At this point, we probably looking at least one month before we even get our AC fixed, if it will even be covered at all.
Total waste of money
