Bras Not fit for purpose

Bought three bras and took 6 weeks to arrive. Quality of product is poor and item not fit for purpose. Contacted company to request refund if I returned the item but they will not accept. Very poor customer service and not protected by EU distance selling rules.

It's difficult to tell how much it…

It's difficult to tell how much it helps me but it certainly does help a bit in relieving my lower back disc pressure. The product is good but unsuitable if you are heavy set. Mine broke after 3 weeks of used and the seller issue a partial refund.

On July 22nd I ordered 3 wireless bras…

On July 22nd I ordered 3 wireless bras from them. They gave me a tracking number that everytime I used their link to try to track it came back as not found. When I wrote to the company at the beginning of August to ask why the tracking number was coming up invalid I was told that they had come under unforeseen delays with shipments and they were working hard to fix the problem and to track again. Everytime nothing. Each time I write to customer service to find out where my order is I get an automated reply that unforeseen delays are taking place and they are working hard on it. I have filed with the BBB. I have googled this company and find numerous complaints that read just like mine. They are scamming people left and right. Disgusting!

Took a month to receive the item (3 bras), when it said that it had shipped the day after my order. In fact, when I complained about how long shipping was taking and asked for a refund, the item magically shows up on my doorstep two days later. The quality is OK, which is the only reason I'm giving 3 stars.

Joke of a company

I left a review a while back and this company had the nerve to say what I wrote wasn't true. Luckily it was all in email so I had the proof. This company is awful! I bought some GLITTER lip gloss and after a long long time it showed up and it was gross! It was all globby and no sparkle in it whatsoever. I wrote to them and they said they only take returns if its damaged or DEFECTIVE. They refused to let me return it. They cut and paste responses whenever I tried talking to them. I will NEVER order from them again and its pretty sketchy to complain about a bad review when I have our conversation in writing. SCAMMERS!

When i wrote asking a refund, they saif the package had been delivered and that they wouldn't provide any refund!

BUYER BEWARE

I ordered my package and received an email a few days later that it had shipped. A month later I realized that I still didn’t have it and when I checked the tracking number it wouldn’t pull anything up. I emailed them and asked for a refund because obviously it had not been shipped and they refused to refund my money. I checked back with them 18 days later about the refund and this time they refused because they said they shipped it 4 days prior to that. So now almost 2 months later they finally mail it which means I will not receive it for another two weeks. I told them I wanted a refund, not the package and they said they were sorry but company policy says they can’t since the package is in the mail now even though I asked for a refund 18 days prior but they will share it with the staff.

10 days and still haven't received my…

Update.. .finally got email back with tracking and product came in about17days. I do like the product. So I will change my stars.. And I would order again.
10 days and still haven't received my purchase. Tried to use tracking number they sent and it says no tracking. Emailed for support. No answer. Phone number for customer service no answer

BUYER BEWARE!!! DO NOT BUY!!!

I placed an order over 3 weeks ago and was provided a tracking number that is not registering in any shipping trackers. It has been 17 days and nothing. They said I can not get a refund because my order already processed even though there is absolutely no proof it shipped. So I am supposed to be out my money and the items?? Makes no sense. I escalated it to PayPal. Total crap company from China. Do not buy!!!

They do not correct their own mistakes!

Buyer beware. I ordered their bras in a size small and they shipped me XXL bras instead. It took them 31 days to deliver my order. I was out of the country when my order was delivered. Upon discovery that they shipped me the wrong size (which they openly admitted was their mistake), I notified them via email. I received a prompt response indicating that because I notified them 12 days past the date of delivery, there was nothing they could do to rectify the situation. Their policy is 10 days for all deliveries. Now I am stuck with a product that is no where close to be the proper size and all they can say is I’m sorry. I find this to be terrible customer service as this is THEIR mistake.

Very bad experience

Ordering from Choisest 1 was the worst experience of my online shopping ever.I ordered one pair of magnetic lashes that I really liked ,so I decided to order five more of the same item.But after a long delay I received to my disappointment five pais of lashes completely different from the one I purchased before and they were all defective,having the magnet on the same side for the bottom and upper lashes.So you could see a big chunk of magnet laying on my lashs when I looked down.I was sure this will be addressed easily and a refund would not be a problem because they were obviously defective.To make the story short they refused to have the lashes sent back so for eight weeks I had to constantly prove them with tons of pictures and even video that the lashes were no good,dozens of emails saying that they contact their team every time.Finally they agreed to refund only one pair and stoped to answer my emails.So I lost 70$ on this crap company and I discourage anyone to ever take a risk like me.

Ordered magnetic lashes scam

Ordered magnetic lashes. Waited months. I kept emailing them and they were always apologetic. When I finally received them they came in a tiny envelope with Chinese address. The lashes were not even and did not match. One of the magnets didn’t work. I emailed them to complain and return. The first sign this was a scam was when immediately they asked for a pic of the shipping slip ....there was not one. They full well knew this.
When i explained it came in small envelope with nothing but lashes their quick response was sorry it’s our policy we need the slip.
I told them, well there is not one, you know there isn’t one.
No acknowledgement, just sorry it’s our policy...SCAMMERS!

Don’t buy! You’ll never get your order.

I ordered an item through a Facebook ad on November 17th from “Choisest1” then a different item from “SheWish” on December 1, which I later learned was from the same company, Storm Media LLC.

It’s now December 25 and I still haven’t received either order even though my PayPal account was charged when I placed the order. I’ve tried emailing customer service multiple times and all they can tell me is to “rest assured” they are trying to get my issue resolved and my package may extend beyond the 10-20 day timeframe because of how busy they are this time of year. (Today is day 39 and day 25 for each item, respectively) They did finally send me a tracking number about two weeks ago but every attempt to track it says there is no information available. One of the packages showed delivered in Germany one day, then delivered in Spain the next time I checked. The company says tracking numbers are re-used, but they can’t tell me where my packages are. I’m no longer “resting assured” that my item will arrive and opened a dispute with PayPal to get my money back. Don’t buy from this scam.

I ordered two of the eyebrow kits

I ordered two of the eyebrow kits. After several attempts using it, I decided that it doesn’t work and I wanted to return them. They don’t offer refunds or exchanges due to hygienic reasons. I can understand this on an open product but I have a product that is not open and they still won’t refund on that item.

I ordered the magnetic eyelashes

I ordered the magnetic eyelashes. First of all, the 10% discount I was supposed to receive was not applied to my payment. Secondly, it took forever for them to arrive, they were shipped from Hong Kong. Thirdly, the product is useless to me as the eyelashes only cover half my eyelid! They look absolutely ridiculous. I contacted the company and they want me to ship the item back to Hong Kong for a refund. I have requested a pre-paid shipping label and it has not been sent. Absolutely no further communications from vendor. I filed a complaint through Pay-Pal but they are not much use on this issue as they want me to pay return shipping. Useless, low quality item, in my opinion. Not a consumer friendly vendor. They should stand behind their product.
