I wish I had found this site before ordering from Choicest1.com. Ordered the magnetic lashes, waited 2 full months and was always told via email "they are on the way." The package was great and they do have magnets, they just DO NOT work. When I asked to return them I was told they only returns they accept is if they are defective. The don't work - that's defective in my book. I have tried 3 times (unsuccessfully) to leave a review on their site - they are never published. Imagine that!

**BUYER BEWARE**DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY**I have to agree with everyone else's commeents. They are a horrible company to deal with and offer no refunds unless the item is faulty. I bought the magnetic eyelashes and whilst they were not faulty, they clearly were way to small to fit one eyelid - you would need 4 sets to do both eyes- but they refused to refund. At first they said its a hygiene issue but when I told them that i haven't worn them they refused on the grounds that they were not faulty. To me, if they don't look like they do in the advertisements, then they must be faulty or do they pride themselves on false advertising and ripping off the poor unsuspecting, innocent consumer? The customer service is rude and obnoxious. I would never deal with them ever again. I then left negative feedback on their website about the magnetic eyelashes...it never made it to the website - they pick their feedback and funnily enough, there are only 5 feedback items and they are all positive!!!

Terrible customer service. I eventually received the magnetic eyelashes I ordered, but one pair had no magnet on it, and they we're very poor quality. They would not give me a refund, so I had to accept a replacement. It took 4months for me to get what I actually paid for! Would not recommend

If I could give 0 stars I would. Horrible company and lots of defected items that they want you to pay to ship back before giving you a refund. Save your time and money and DO NOT ORDER from this company. They have blocked me for writing honest review on their Facebook.

I ordered the 3 bras which 1) I only received 2 not 3. 2) the right arms in the two I received are seen incorrectly making them defective and unable to wear. 3) based on their sizing chart as well, these do not fit me. I even asked my friend to try the one on and she had the same issue with the right arm being defective. Also doesn't flatter the bust at all like what is advertised.
4) took forever for the items to get here I still am missing an order that was placed 2 days after he bras.

Been fighting for a refund for over 3 weeks now.

Do not use this company, after waiting a long time for my item to come, I was only sent 3 lashes, like a previous review I was asked to send photos of box ect, they said they were contacting their supplier, it took weeks again so I demanded a refund which I was well in my right and in the time scale, they would not give me a refund and said they were sending me a replacement, it’s now 10 weeks and I’m still waiting, the product isn’t the best quality either, wish I had read reviews before ordering, shameful company.

I ordered 2 sets of magnetic eye lashes back in July and I still haven’t received them . Have been sending emails back and forward and they refuse to refund me . I would never use this company again

Ordered purple lipstick, over a month later, I got red/pink lipstick.
They had me forward copies of everything AND a picture of the item.
Nope, they said I ordered red/pink. They are unwilling to fix.
Don't order from them...not worth it.

Wish I had read the reviews on this company before ordering.
Worst online experience ever.
Product was not sealed in any packaging. It came with no instructions on how to use or clean.
I have no proof that product hasn’t been previously used since it wasn’t in sealed packaging.

I ordered 2 sets of eyelashes. In reality there is only one set - two boxes with 1 eyelash set and there is not any instructions or indication of left or right.
What a rip off. The bag that items came in was smashed and torn. Reading the other reviews I know that this is not a rare event. What a disappointment. Paypal should not do business with businesses that are short changing unsuspecting buyers.

Pretty lousy experience. This company ships from China, and didn't disclose the fact that shipping would take about 2 months when I ordered. That's an insane time frame. The only reason I didn't leave 1 star is because they actually did respond to my emails. They would not refund payment when it was clear that the item wouldn't arrive in time, didn't seem to think it was unusual that the shipment took so long, and when the item finally arrived, it was low quality. I threw it in the trash rather than deal with what was sure to be an incredible hassle returning it. Don't order from this company. You're much better off with an American company, or at least give Amazon a try.

Poor quality. Magnets came off lashes in two tries. The lashes are only about half the length of the eye. They refuse to issue a refund. They want to send another pair of crappy lashes! Will never buy from their company again.

This site is a joke. Ordered the magnetic lashes which took two months to receive and only after I filed a report through PayPal. The site would not give a refund. Lashes don’t look a thing like the picture on the site. Total scam!

I ordered magnetic lashes and eyebrow tint, and received nothing. They wont return my money, of they state that they are happy to be of service!!! THEY ARE USELESS

They are selling magnetic lashes from China that are impossible to use as the magnetic strips do not stick together properly. Impossible to put on.

I ordered 2 glitter lipsticks that used video from beauty Youtubers glitter flip reviews, claiming they had it for less. It arrived today and didn't turn glittery. In fact my lips stuck together when I pressed my lips (per instructions) together and when I pulled them apart, lipstick pulled off and attached to my opposite lip 😡 When I contacted them to get a refund on a defective product, they said "We are very sorry for such destabilizing encounters you have been faced with. I want you to know that we have observed some crucial information in your complaint concerning our products and services. But unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund. Apologies, but we only offer refund for items that are defected or damaged upon delivery. Other than that, we cannot grant your request". So the product is deceptive and defective but won't refund my money! I hope someone sues them! If you do and need others, let me know!

Waste of money!!

I purchased the magnetic eyelashes from Choicest1.
After a month of waiting and still no package I contacted them and they provided me a tracking number which did not seem to exist as when I tried to look up information I received a message "No information available for this package". Then when I escalated it to a PayPal dispute they suddenly had a different tracking number for me.

Finally, after 69 days of email excuses from them, the package arrived, but the right lashes were damaged. (Side note and buyer beware: even if the right lashes weren't damaged, these lashes look NOTHING like the photos on the website, so if that's what you think you are receiving you'll be very disappointed).

According to Choicest1 "Customer Service" (and I use that term very loosely),these lashes apparently aren't intended to fit your full eye (as indicated in the photos), they are just meant to go on the outer edge and are considered "3/4" lashes. However in the set they sent me, the right side arrived missing lashes on 1/4 of the strip leaving a sharp piece of bare plastic sticking out into the middle of my eye. So I guess I am to wear 3/4 lashes on the left and 1/2 lashes on the right.

I complained and asked for a refund and sent them photos of the defect, as well as photos of the lashes on my eye, however was told that these lashes are not considered defective, and that I should cut the excess plastic off the right side, put on a little mascara and wear them that way.

Of note, I tried putting the "non-defective" left side lashes on to see how they fit, and they look horrible. they don't curve with your eye, so you have a fake looking bar of plastic and gnarled lashes going straight across your eye which looks absolutely ridiculous.

So to conclude, I would not purchase anything from Choicest1 and don't recommend that anyone else does either, because should you have a problem with any of their products you will be strung along for months receiving nothing but email excuses, and at the end of the day they are going to tell you that the product they sent you is just fine and that you should use it anyway.

Terrible experience with this company! Ordered a product, it was more than a MONTH late. Their tracking number via China post never showed any info. I was corresponding with their customer service the entire time.

First I requested them to cancel my order and issue a refund when it had still not arrived and they refused! Said product was in transit so they could not.l

My product mysteriously arrived 2 days later, not via China post but via USPS. The product (magnetic eyelashes) arrived and was defective and in cheapest of cheap packaging that did not look like photo from original purchase. Magnet came off one of eyelashes immediately while attempting to apply in the first 60 seconds. I emailed them the SAME DAY the shipment arrived, on same email thread we had going about missing package, requested refund.

They wanted pictures of product, then more pictures. Then picture of packing list and envelope which my daughter threw away. Even though they shipped it, and have the shipping and tracking info of which I also provided back to them. I provided them with the USPS shipping and tracking info.

Now they say without a picture of the packing slip, they can't issue a refund or help me further.

Just another fly by night China manufacturer throwing up a Shopify store, and scamming folks into buying cheap crap knockoffs.

They advertise a 100% guarantee, money back guarantee, easy returns all on the eyelash listing, all of which they refuse to honor.

There is also a trademark filed on this type of magnetic eyelash by a US company, so my guess is they are violating US trademark law as they are selling a trademarked product to US consumers, and China manufacturers can be sued if they sell a product to US market that is trademarked.

This is a a HORRIBLE company! I bought the magnetic eyelashes the 23rd of July and didn't receive them until the first week of SEPTEMBER! PLUS, I only received half of the order...enough lashes for ONE EYE. I immediately sent them a note explaining the situation and they demanded I send a photo of the order. I did that several times. Then they said the picture file was too large so I made it smaller and then they said it was too blurry. It was not blurry. Then they said I needed to include a photo of the packing slip. Are you freaking kidding me???? ANYTHING TO GET OUT OF A REFUND! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE CREEPS!!!! I filed a report with Paypal. Will get my refund that way.

I paid $22.43USD for the product, didn't work out, started a return for refund, customer service stated I must paid for the return postage in order to get my money back, I paid $22.75USD for the postage (ship to Hong Kong from USA) & when Choicest1.com received my return, they then said replacement only. This is a dishonest business, never buy from them.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. My magnetic eyelashes broke immediately. The magnet easily pulled of one lash while trying to separate the pair. Same happened on the other pair. I wasn't able to use them once. I contacted them the day they were delivered asking for a refund. They requested a photo, which I sent. After a week they followed up with me, requiring photos of all the packaging materials before they would consider a refund. Since they had already specified what they needed photos of, I had thrown out everything else. Just a scam to screw consumers.
