This company is a scam. They shipped a bad product and won't refund my money unless I return the merchandise to Hong Kong at my expense. I already paid for the product and it's not worth the cost to return it so therefore, I got crap and they got $33 from me. Buyer beware!!!!!!

I received leggings that were child size and poor quality! Since I paid with PayPal I opened a dispute through PayPal and they are going to take care of everything and get me my refund.. I am never going to do business with a company that advertises on Facebook again. PayPal says don't worry that that the dispute will be taken care of so if you use PayPal to pay for your item you are in good hands!

I hate the fact that I had to give 1star. Worst company ever. They said the product shipped no shipping info at all I've requested it but they HAVE given me nothing but the runaround. I requested a refund they won't do that. They've blocked me on Facebook so I had to make 3 different Facebook accounts over 50 emails sent and NOTHING. I may not have spent a lot of money but it's my money that I work hard for

Two Months and No Refund

I have spent the last two months seeking a refund on an inferior product, and I still have nothing. Choicest1 makes it impossible to return anything or to receive a refund without jumping through a million hoops, despite it being their error. This company lacks customer service and more importantly, integrity. I will never order from them again.

Hi. I bought peeling off socks.
They did not work so I asked for refund.
They offered me 50% refund.
Since I made complaint third person dealing with me and said that no refund will be make until I send product back to factory in China.
They are scam and do not buy anything from them.

Do not buy from this sham company. I wish I had looked at the reviews before purchasing but I ended up buying a counterfeit foot mask, which arrived without any branded packaging, instructions or list of ingredients. I contacted for a refund and was swiftly refused so raised a claim with paypal, who sided with me and returned my money. The company's business plan is clearly to provide low quality / counterfeit products and hope that the majority of its customers just dont fight to get their refunds. It should be shut down.

horrible! Not only did this site end up being much more expensive but they do not apply discounts as their website says. They refuse to call or take care of a cancellation within their bogus timeframe. Never responded once I asked to cancel my order 2 times within their 24hour window and now tell me they will not. Again still no discount was applied!

Facebook you should be ashamed for letting a company like this take advantage of your customers!! Shame on you both. I'm so glad I looked here before I place my $200 order!!😝😝😝😝Bad Bad Bad.

I ordered an item earlier this week and after reading reviews and finding the product for 1/3 the price somewhere else, decided I wanted to cancel a few hours later. They told me they could cancel it because I requested to cancel in less than 24 hours. A few days later they inform me that because they didn't process my request in time it can't be cancelled and they gave me a 10% coupon code, as if I would spend money with them again

This company is bad, bad, bad.....not reputable at all. I ordered a product from them and it took weeks to get to me because it was coming from Hong Kong, China. Once it did come I was eager to try it out and disappointedly realized it was basically garbage. It did not work at all. When I inquired about a refund I was told that their company policy was to not allow any refunds. When I pushed back on this they said that I could send it in for a replacement, but if I wanted a full refund I'd have to send it back to their main office in Hong Kong at my own expense. When I asked for that address I eventually received an email saying they would not refund anything because the product was single use and had been soiled since it was used. The best they could do was provide me with a 10% diacount for future orders! I laughed...like I am going to buy anything else from this company! It was very disappointing!

Do not buy from this company they provided me with goods that were short of expectation then failed to issue a refund after return of items. So effectively stole 47.40USD from me and Paypal would not get involved as the company would not confirm return of the goods, just closing the case. Paypal are just as bad as they are even when provided with unequivocal evidence and receipts of proof of postage of goods from Royal Mail they failed to act. Shame on you both.

I ordered the Baby Foot Peel from them and received an unmarked foil packet.
No way in hell would I put some undisclosed chemical on my skin. I don't even know what's in the packet.
They said they can't refund my money because it's a hygiene product.
I'm turning them in to my credit card company.

Avoid this company. I ordered two items from them. I eventually received a package with one. When I emailed them about the second item, they told me the package had already been delivered. Yes it had, but it contained only one item. I have emailed them several times and the only response I ever get is "the package has been delivered."

Avoid at all costs. Order placed on 9 May and still not received by 3 July. Incorrect address put on package and sent back to China by RoyalMail. Due to lengthy delay, I asked for a refund and they are denying me a refund as my order "is in transit". Poor customer service and a waste of time and money.

Scam company- their bras look nice in the photo but don't fit and are cheaply made. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! To get a refund, you have to return back to Hong Kong-- costing more than the product!

I would not buy anything else from this company. I ordered the camis in kakhi, when they finally came they had sent white ones no paper work in the package and the camis were in zip lock bags. I can tell by reading other reviews it won't do any good to try to contact the company.

My experience with Choicest1 is like so many. Bras inferior and wouldn't fit an european woman of any size. Told to send them back at own expense to Hong Kong. No chance after I have read the reviews on this webpage.
when will customers be properly protected from such unacceptable customer service - complete rubbish and $29.92 done the tube!

I usually check reviews before ordering online. This time I forgot and it was certainly a mistake. I look at the merchandise and saw it at a good price in my size. I started to out in the order but when I got to the size found they did not actually have it in my size. There was a default which was already entered. Since I did not want the item I just went out of the site without completing the order. In a couple of days I got an email saying they had processed my order. I sent an email saying that I had not sent an order. They said it was too late to change it. It did not come for weeks so I don't believe it was too late to cancel it. Of course, the item did not fit. I again emailed and asked for info on how to return it. The answer is in a place where they have FAQ's. They do not accept returns. I again protested by email. They said after consideration they decided I could return it but had to send it to Hong Kong and had to send proof by sending them pictures of the package, the postage receipt and a few other things. They would then credit my card for the actual price of item but not postage. Are there laws to protect us from these kinds of scams? Does anyone know who to contact?
