I engaged with Dave and the team as I wanted an old electric fire removed and a wood burner fitted.
I felt in safe hands as everything was explained to me. They advised what size stove I needed, showed examples of different finishes and also provided stone sample to help select the hearth.
Once the work started I was amazed at how efficient and clean they were. The oak beam that I requested in a rustic finish is perfect. The whole thing really finishes the room and the advice on stove size is definitely correct.
Following completion of the work I had a few questions on how to operate the stove. Again Dave provided me with instructions and advised on day to day care of my new stove.
Then a week or so after completion a Hetas certificate arrived in the post. This provides great comfort as I know my stove is legally compliant and my family are safe. The team definitely priotise safety as when installing the stove, they installed a smoke/carbon monoxide alarm in the room to.
An absolute pleasure from start to finish, thank you.

Despite noting they had items for sale it wasn't available and took them a week to inform me. Also still was showing for sale when I looked after they said it was out of stock.

Fantastic service from start to finish
Fantastic service from start to finish. The installation of our stove went really smoothly with great communication throughout. The men that completed the work were really polite and left the room really clean when they had finished. David offered great advice on how to open up the fireplace and suggested a stove that met all our requirements and was in budget. I would thorougly recommend this company.
