Bought a Hyundai Tucson recently.. Chorley group Blackpool..a couple of small problems initially but all sorted now. I would like to thank Adam Sales Manager for his help and Ethan in the service department for all his help nothing was too much trouble. Lewis also did his best.i would recommend this garage and I will be a returning customer.

Bought a new Hyundai Inster EV from here just before Christmas 2025. Offered a road test in a Cross variant which went very well. Ordered one as a second car that my wife would use.
Checked the paperwork when we got home. Not what we agreed with the salesman! My wife complained and to be totally fair to the dealership they put things right for us.
We are both retired and we don’t buy cars that regularly. My wife went from being very excited to very upset about it all. Spoilt what should have been a very pleasant and exciting life event.
If you are buying from here be sure to thoroughly check the paperwork before leaving the dealership!

I went in Chorley Hyundai Blackpool on the Bank Holiday to look at getting a new Hyundai i20 petrol engine only car. "Daniel" the sales person was disinterested looking about all the while & could answer very few of my questions eventually telling me to come back tomorrow when the mechanics were in as the dealership shouldn't be open today as it's a bank holiday!!!
Returned on Tuesday asking more questions about the car that he also couldn't answer so I pressed him on getting a mechanic out. A young woman came out in overalls whom was switched on, understood the car & answered all my questions accurately (I checked later on). Happy with her answers I asked Daniel for a Test Drive. He said it was late in the day (4:00pm!!!) & to come back tomorrow.
I returned on Wednesday (luckily I'm retired - tough if you're a worker cos you won't be buying anything from this guy!). Returned again on Wednesday for the pre booked test drive - nothing out on the forecourt so he went looking for one to test drive. He gave me a Hybrid to test drive. I asked if it was petrol engine only & he said it was!! I test drove the Hybrid & realised it was definitely a Hybrid as I felt the strong braking with my foot off the accelerator. A glance at the car tailgate confirmed my suspicion - it had "48v" on the tailgate. An obvious indication of a 48 volt battery that Hybrids use, but Daniel didn't know or care. I asked to see a service sheet (to get an idea of potential service costs), he said he couldn't keep pulling mechanics off the job as they were "monitored" (i.e. there was a workshop foreman supervising them). I told him to get the "monitor" to print out the service sheet which would take all of 60 seconds as they watched others working!!! He complied & then asked if I was buying the car!!
Obviously as he'd (knowingly?) given me a Hybrid to test drive when I requested a petrol engine only car, that wasn't going to happen. I asked the price idly & he told me the list price also asking if I wanted a multitude of extras. I said no to all of them. He gave me a final price with a "£2,500 discount" that was £2,500 above list price!!!! It turned out he included every extra I refused!! I told him to take all the extras off & he then came up with a price "including the £2,500 discount" which was £500 over what it should've been. I challenged him & he played with his phone in silence, eventually asking if the price came down to what it should be anyway would I "buy it now". I walked & bought a full petrol engine i20 from Just Hyundai in Preston 2 days later £1150, less then these Shysters were asking & the customer service was excellent, unlike the shambles that is Chorley Hyundai Blackpool. Anyone fancy buying a car from Chorley Hyundai in Blackpool? You've been warned....
Update (23/07/25) Following Chorley's response below, a manager called "Jamie" rang and apologised for the service provided as it's not their normal standard. Perhaps Daniel is not representative of the Group?

I needed a delivery of my new vehicle John offered to pick me up from home most helpful.

* AVOID THIS SERVICE CENTRE LIKE THE PLAGUE*
Absolute worse service I’ve every received from a mainstream dealership’s service department.
Issues included:
1. I dropped my car off for its annual service and they refused to provide me with updates and also refused to answer any of my countless calls even after I left them voice messages to give me a call back. They would only answer if I rang them off a withheld number, this doesn’t instil confidence in their professionalism
2. When I finally did get through to them I asked them to check an issue out when the car was in for its service and they failed to do it.
3. I asked them to send me the complimentary health check report and video which they also failed to do so and I randomly got a text message that my car was ready. When I called and challenged then they sent the video which showed that new wipers and brakes were needed, had they sent me this video I would have authorised them to be replaced. They clearly lost out on business there and clearly don’t have a clue or read the book on customer service 101 because they failed to win further business from me by their ignorance and laziness.
4. When I collected the car it was still dirty, it looks like they ran a little water over it and inside was still dirty and not properly vacuumed as I was promised a commentary wash and vac. Worst service from a mainstream dealership I’ve experienced.
5. When I asked to speak to the service manager he fobbed me off even though I was sat outside the dealership he told me he was too busy to see me and would call me back tomorrow. Please avoid this place if you can
Just Hyundai Motors in Preston will wipe the floor with these guys and I’m kicking myself why I didn’t just go to them instead. I thought a bigger dealership equals better service clearly got that wrong.
I felt really disappointed in the overall experience dealing with Chorley Hyundai Blackpool’s service department, clearly requires much improvement I’m afraid

First time dealing with Chorley Motors, trading in a BMW X1 for a 73 plate Tucson Hybrid. Really pleased with the Sales team an aftercare. Went back due to a slight problem with paint in a couple of areas, Declan the sales manager was brilliant and got it all sorted with no fuss or debate. Although the Car had had been "owned" by Hyundai they had managed to lose a key, again Declan was onto it and I m just say it has been a pleasure to do business with Chorley Motors.

My wife and I visited the Hyundai/Nissan dealership today to explore trading in her Qashqai for something more efficient (preferably electric, given her tiny commute) and budget-friendly.
Both her car and mine originally came from this dealership, and just like last time, the experience was excellent.
Although it didn’t make financial sense to make the switch today, there was never any pressure or hard sell. Brody was an absolute star—friendly, helpful, and patient throughout. We’re genuinely looking forward to coming back and making a deal when the timing’s right.

Looking to replace our ageing Hyundai i20 at the Blackpool branch, where we have had good service in the past. Daniel was on hand and we had a brief chat about changing ours. We arranged to return a couple of days later and discussed the possible purchase in detail. He was very friendly and attentive and the atmosphere was pleasant and relaxed. He patiently took us through all the options and we never felt pressured at any point. We came out with a deal that satisfied us and all the paperwork was dealt with by Daniel. This made the whole process a pleasure, conducted in quiet and smart surroundings.
