We just went to have a look at a car we’d seen online , we were greeted but not pestered by a couple of staff and offered help only if we wanted some . When David Gore approached and chatted we then asked for more details and the keys . He was fully versed on the car and full of info . We then decided to purchase the car and again David was extremely helpful. We picked our vehicle up a week later and again everything was professional, efficient and very friendly . It’s quite a few years since we bought a car from a dealership but would def recommend as they helped at every step of paperwork etc

I have just picked up my new vehicle, a Peugeot 2008, from Chorley Motors, at the Blackpool Showroom, on Amy Johnson Way.
From ordering the vehicle on the 18th of January 2025, to my car being ready on the 23rd of April 2025, the level of customer service has been excellent.
The 'Client Services Online Team' were prompt at responding to any queries that I had. At the Peugeot Showroom at Blackpool South Shore, Sean Black, who is the 'Client Experience Specialist', his enthusiasm, commitment to delivering a 'Customer Service Excellence' was at the top of his goals, each time we were in contact.
I visited the Showroom on several occasions, and Sean made himself available to ensure I was briefed on the Peugeot 2008, and its journey into the UK, and its preparation for a handover to me.
Sean endeavoured to exceed customer service expectations and always tried to pre-empt my needs. I am delighted with my new Peugeot 2008. It is the first time I have had a Peugeot, and the drive, comfort, and 'onboard' facilities across the dashboard, are superb.
Thanks to Sean Black for an excellent customer service. Sean ensured I had everything I needed before I drove the car off the forecourt. I received the highest level of 'Customer Service Excellence from Sean. Thanks to all at Peugeot, Chorley Group, Amy Johnson Way, Blackpool.

Which would have cost me over £2000 if I took it. Ended up he was completely wrong as it cost £350 in the end to fix. Will never take my car there.

Fantastic Customer Service
What a great experience I received from Sean Black ,Peugeot Blackpool.
I was kept updated every step of the way, it was great to receive photos when my vehicle arrived at the dealership.
I live in Scotland, every Peugeot dealer in Scotland quoted a delivery time for April 2025, I placed my order with Sean on 28 August 2024, and picked up car on 16th October 2024.
The service was second to none, & Sean certainly went the extra mile with every aspect of buying a new car.

Broken promises from Blackpool Chorley Group Peugeot. Visited the new Peugeot dealership at Amu Johnson way Blackpool with my partner to enquire about mobility deals. The deal was signed and agreed with the promise new vehicle would be ready for September 2024. Once the paperwork had been completed they they sent us a message to say it wouldn’t be ready until Feb 2025. We rang them to check if this was wrong and to our horror it wasn’t. They initially told us there was nothing they could do and the guy who did the deal no longer worked at the dealership so we shouldn't have been given false promises. We told them not only did the salesman tell us the date his manager also told us the same thing. We were then told there was nothing they could do but then they told us they could get us a vehicle with a bigger engine but we would need to pay further towards the deposit. It was only when we said that’s not happening they went away and agreed to cover the additional cost. I would no recommend dealing with Chorley Group at all they promise the world but once the deal is signed it’s broken promise after broken promise.
