No pushy salesperson. Open and honest regarding part exchange valuation. Explained everything (twice in my case!) Very patient, listened instead of talking. Nothing too much trouble. Plenty of time to test drive. Would recommend J.S.,excellent salesperson.

Andrew explained everything from start to finish with great enthusiasm. This saved time, and more importantly, money. The part exchange on my trade in vehicle was a great deal and much appreciated. I will be telling friends and family to try the Chorley group when looking for a new vehicle.

Pleasantly surprised when visiting Nissan Bolton. A fair journey but well worth it. Met by Talha the salesman, shown the car I was interested in and left alone whilst I checked it. No pressure, no hassle just the perfect service. Based on the service I received from Talha and the quality of the car I made the purchase.. Would definitely use Nissan Bolton again. Went to Hyundai Wigan with Mrs O who hates looking at cars, and was well looked after by Danny. Test drove the car and we decided to purchase it. Danny was very good and although early into his career had learnt that it's good to be able to listen. He explained everything very well and dealt efficiently in explaining the various controls to Mrs O . We did have a couple of minor issues, however Rob the Sales Manager came over, and with his wealth of experience, resolved them. We then proceeded with the purchase and took out the Service Plan. All told, we were well looked after, and as a plus the Tea and Coffee was served in cups. Many thanks. Alan & Joan

I purchased a 2021 kia sportage from this company on 9/9/25. It had a couple of snaggy bits so It had to go back to their showroom for these (which I agreed to) I also mentioned that there was a clutch judder & i was told that they would check it when it went back. They collected my car from my home on 28/10/25 & they left me a courtesy car. They said that it would be best if the person (Dave) that collected my car from me took it to his home & used it for the weekent to detect the judder, which he did. They told me several times that they would book & have booked ramp space to strip my car but never did. Roll on 3 weeks later, they still had my car & they only did a judder test & said that as my car has the remainder of the 7 year Kia manufacturer warranty the judder needs to get worse before Kia will pay for it & they themselves didn't want to bare the cost of stripping my car. Oliver also said that we can keep an eye on the judder & when it meets what Kia deems to be a certain level, they will then fix it. I said i wasn't happy so Oliver asked me if I wanted to part exchange it with them but I would have to pay more as they only had more expensive cars in atm. I said why would I part ex a car that I've only had for 10 weeks & you've had it 3 of those weeks. I asked him, out of curiosity how much would you give me in part ex. He replied that I'd lose more money as when my car came in to them, the workshop said that it stunk heavily of smoke. I could not believe what he said as I do not smoke & nobody has ever smoked in my car. He also said I'd lose money for wear & tear. My car was returned to me the next day by Dave & it did stink of smoke. I asked Dave do you smoke Dave & his reply was, no, do you want to smell me (very professional) I felt so trapped with this car as nobody wanted to help me sort this problem. On 26/1/26 took my car to another kia dealer. They did an inspection & their report said that the clutch judder needs looking at urgently & they also discovered an oil leak. I phoned chorley group & told Declan about the oil leak & that I still wasn't happy about the judder & i didn't intend to buy a car with a judder, he said exactly the same as Oliver & that sportages are known to have clutch judder. I then told him about the report on it from another kia dealer & he arranged for my car to be collected. Yes i got another courtesy car & was basically made to feel that i should be grateful to them as it was costing them £20 per day from their budget to loan me the car. They did another judder test & it now qualifies for Kia themselves to pay for it. I sent him an email for Declan to agree to my terms & conditions as I've been messed around so much. Had hardly any phone calls from them, I had to do most of the calling & I've asked for the area manager to call me, still waiting. I told them I'd give them 2 weeks max to fix my car as under consumer law I only have to give them 1 chance to fix it after the first 30 days, but within 6 months & i could reject the car for a refund. they've had that chance but I will give them the benefit of doubt. I told Oliver this & his response was that he hasn't been there long enough to know about refunds (he's been there years) Still no phone call back so I phoned them. Was then told my car wouldn't be ready for another few days so I'd just had enough & i put a complaint in & asked for the refund process to begin. I again asked for a more senior manager to call me. I'M STILL WAITING.

Chorley group Citroen Blackpool .I had my car serviced 17th and I unfortunately didn't have time to wash my car prior to dropping off ..to my amazement I picked up my car was not only serviced correctly but they even washed and polished it I can not tell you how much I appreciate this act of kindness they go up and about whenever they do any work .they truly are one of the BEST car companies I deal with and would change THANKYOU .I FORGET THE MERCHANICS NAME WHO DID MY CAR. I returned my motability car yesterday morning to you and was quite taken aback by the dismissive and quite frankly rude reception and response I received. Having leased a motability car from you for a number of years I was always impressed by the attitude shown by the staff, in particular the knowledge and helpfulness in navigating my way through the scheme. Yesterday there was no empathy shown for me or my situation, only a few questions relating to the state of the vehicle and the whereabouts of the logbook, etc. I felt like I was treated with contempt and disregard as I was no longer one of your customers. I am so disappointed after receiving such a great service for many years now.

I have just purchased a Hyundai i10 from Chorley Group Ormskirk. I have not bought a new car for a number of years so was feeling a bit nervous about 'hard sell'. I didn't need to be as Rhys, my Sales person, put me at ease. He was very friendly and helpful. He explained everything very clearly from sitting in cars showing me their systems to going through the on line forms. There was definitely no hard selling and I was able to make an informed decision about which car to buy. Very Poor potential sales experience - made enquiry first thing in the morning for a vehicle and had to jump through numerous hoops for part exchange valuation. Photos videos I sent.
It was like pulling teeth and wasted half a day to have a valuation of £6000 for a 22 plate fmsh Nissan leaf with 27k miles .
There cheapest leaf is an older vehicle more miles 21 plate for over £10k .
Now reserved a car from Motorpoint with a confirmed part exchange valuation of £8033.
Burnley Nissan Chorley Group -Business model is maximum profit and nothing else.
Do your research before dealing with this garage - it’s like old school slimy sales glad the garages I’ve dealt with Car 360 , Arnold Clarke , Motorpoint have been leagues ahead with m other purchases and sales.
