Don’t fall into that trap. It IS a scam.

They just gonna hold your money as long as you are patient, and then, you will have to fight to get your money back.
I bought something on the 6th of january, it’s the 26th, no updates whatsoever.
The only messages that I have got so far are just foggy ones « problem in the warehouse »; « have to check with the parcel company »; « You will be update by this week »(not)
Long story short, it is just another site that take your money, make you run for it, and eventually (I hope so) give it back to you months later.

Edit 1: they refund me after my post here. They pose themself as victim because I apparently spread hate trying to warn other people.
Just run your business like any decent person would.

Avoid at all costs!!

Made an order at the start of August and was told there had been some delays in the warehouse. 19th January, and I've still had no update on the order, the customer service team takes weeks to respond, if they do at all. There's been zero reassurance that my product even exists, and now I'm in a fight for a refund. Worst customer service I've ever experienced, avoid at all costs!!

Bad online experience

My experience with this store is strikingly similar to other reviews. Bought a device with them, waited weeks, had my order cancelled by them after the wait, didn't get my money back for weeks, didn't receive answers from them, had to contact my bank to help me, and as soon as they made a resolution in my favor, I finally hear back from Chosay.

Their reason for canceling was strange, but understandable. I was traveling abroad and getting my package delivered to a friend's house. They argued this made them liable for fraud, which has never been a problem in many other online purchases I have done while traveling, but for them it was and I can understand their decision.

The real problem is their communication is slow and they take a really long time to take action, which as a customer does not give a lot of confidence in the seller. They had my order in place for weeks before cancelling it (they knew the details of my payment/delivery method from day 1). I didn't get my device and had my money on hold for almost 2 months, getting no real support from the seller.

Don't Be Fooled By The Professional Website

I was a bit hesitant to order from an overseas store, but I went ahead with the purchase because the prices were good, the website looked professional, and it was a German company. However, just as other reviewers have warned, it's a complete scam.

I placed my order on April 19, 2025, and it wasn't until today, August 20, 2025, that I finally got my money back by filing a chargeback with my credit card company. The entire refund process took four months.

In that time, I had to email them five times to follow up. I only ever received one reply, a ridiculously infuriating message that said:

'Hi there,
Let me look into this and I’ll update you as soon as I have more information.
Wishing you a wonderful day!'

This company is the absolute worst and has zero integrity. It's unbelievable that they're still operating. I'm convinced any positive reviews must be fake undercover marketing.

Guess what? Igot an email directly from CHOSAY. 
For customers who are having trouble getting in touch, it seems you will get a prompt reply if you post on this site.
Of course, it was just a bunch of long excuses about my refund and shipping.

Look, maybe the site isn't a total scam, but their customer service is just awful. It seriously feels like I'm dealing with one of those sketchy sellers you find on an online auction site with bad ratings. CHOSAY is trying to take credit for the refund, but the reality is I had to go through a whole process of sending documents to my credit card company to get them to stop the payment.

Oh, and get this: they actually asked me to change my review. How about they stop with the lame tricks and just run their business the right way?

When you ordered the Facet cabinet, it was in stock, but upon inspection, we found the packaging was damaged and could not ship it. We then ordered a replacement, but due to delays, this took longer than expected.
We refunded your payment in June, but due to banking procedures, it can take up to 60 days for the refund to fully clear. Unfortunately, this led to additional inventory costs and chargeback fees on our end.
We're a legitimate business, and we genuinely regret that this process caused you inconvenience. We appreciate your understanding and are working to improve our service. If you have any further concerns, feel free to reach out.

I didn't get my money back

NO REFUND RECEIVED OVER A MONTH.

I had sent the rug back to them via a trackable courier, UPS, the good was arrived and signed on the 9th of May. When it was almost 14 days after that, on the 27th of May, I contacted them asking about my refund. They replied it was sent on the 22th of May. (I wish I could upload the screenshot of the message.)
However, as of today, the 11th of June, I HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE REFUND MONEY. Now it has been over a month after returning of the product.
I messaged them several times again thru Instagram, They said they will double-check but then no answers since then. I requested any record of the transaction, not received any. My purchase was with Master card, very normal and usual card payment. How come the refund on Master card can take this long?


Another update about the previous return communication.

After several messages I sent on Instagram, They replied that I don't need to contact them for returns, as their response here on Trustpilot.

However, this is what they says on their website

This was clearly written that the customer "must" inform them. So they expect customers to inform but no response would happen? I wouldn't send a more-than-500Euro-value-product without hearing from the retailer.

Anyway, after all of this, I am not receiving my money back even after the return. Is it a total scam?

Ordered a table in November last year. Cancelled it because they never shipped it to me.

I still don’t have my money back.

Money withdrawn but no shipment

Order placed 8. March 2025 and the money has been withdrawn but the order has not been shipped nor have I received any updates on it.

Contacted customer support via email twice without any response and once via their instagram where they responded to a general inquiry but fell silent when asking about my order.

Oh yeah, and their phone number doesn’t work as well.

Update 1: After finally replying on Instagram, Chosay threatened to pursue legal actions towards me due to this review and also consistently said to contact their customer support to whom I’ve already wrote 4 emails with no reply. Finally they cancelled the order and I’m waiting for the money to be refunded.

Update 2: I finally got my money back but Chosay also contacted Trustpilot to mark this review as false. Of course that’s not possible as only facts are stated and this review is now marked ‘verified’ based on documentation shared with Trustpilot.

Chosay also wrote a formal email threatening with further legal actions due to this review.

Avoid purchasing from Chosay at all costs!
