I highly recommend this company. I recently had to contact the company about being on holiday and not being home when my package arrived.

After ordering a vase and flowers from ANOTHER company and being so disappointed, I ordered from chosen by Jessica , and it hasn’t disappointed, exceptional quality, vase really heavy and flowers are some of the best artificial flowers I’ve found , 2nd time ordering from here and customer service and delivery always been outstanding

I am thrilled with my purchase from this company . My Chosen by Jessica vase and flower arrangement are just stunning ! Such quality and value for money I am so impressed by the amount if flowers in the arrangement considering that a lot of other company's charge per flower stem wich to create an arrangement as big as this would cost almost double the price . The vase is a great size too and together this is a beautiful addition to any home . Love the personal message too I would highly recommend.

I brought a lamp amazing, a vase and faux flowers (my daughter thought they were real) and some stunning placemats. What can I say wow, the quality is top-notch. My new lamp is fabulous even better in person. Thank you ever so much, also can I comment on how well packed all of your items have been. I’m very impressed. Will highly recommend you. Customer service (Olivia) was great. I wanted a couple of spare light shades and was able to purchase them separately (lovely linen taupe/beige color).

Please please do not order from here!!! They will completely twist your words to avoid giving you a refund. They are refusing to refund me for items returned and also refusing to refund me for items that didn’t arrive!! This is such a bad company, first time I have come across them and definately the last time I’ll be ordering!! Don’t trust them! You will have problems from start to finish!! Please don’t order from them and make the mistakes that I did!!

A little sceptical in ordering to a lesser known company but so glad I did! Postage and communication was excellent! Products arrived (very quickly) when expected, very well packaged and with a lovely hand written note and discount for future purchases. I ordered 2 lamps and candle holders, all are absolutely stunning - fantastic quality and will look amazing in my living room. Would highly recommend!

I’ll be honest in 2025 your still not offering returns unless they’re paid yourself I think it’s disgusting, we had to pay £18 to send back a lamp worth £80 what a total joke, I would avoid at all costs.

Past lamp orders have all arrived in good condition. This third lamp just received was badly marked on stem. Emailed the company after deciding to keep it, a fuss returning things. No apology received when we received a reply from Olivia, which seems bad PR.

I have bought a few things from Chosenbyjessica now which I have loved but sadly my latest purchase arrived damaged. The lamp base had a chip and the lampshade was dented. I emailed the company and Olivia came straight back offering a new lampshade (which was delivered the following day), and either a new lamp base or 20% off, which I opted for as the chip was at the back. These things happen and to my mind, it is how a company responds that set them apart from the rest and I cannot fault Olivia and ChosenbyJessica. Big thank you Olivia!

Stumbled across this website a week ago when looking to update my front room lamp - ended up buying a lamp and more! Such gorgeous sculptures and really fast, well packaged delivery. Had to return a jug due to not quite suiting the room but kept everything else. Ended up doing another order, in which I was sent an incorrect item - the team were so efficient in fixing it and really made the whole process seamless. I wasn't expecting the replacement to arrive so quick, and I am thrilled with it in my living room. Will absolutely be ordering from you again. Thank you so much!

I ordered three items on one order. They arrived in three separate boxes. The product is quite nice but unfortunately didn't work for us so I am having to return them. I am now faced with three lots of return costs. I appreciate they were ceramics and need careful packaging but at the very least a little note on the website to say ordering multiple items will result in multiple packages, and if items need to be returned then this will result in lots of return fees, would have been appreciated.
