I ordered a lamp that was to be a statement piece, much more expensive than I usually purchase and talk about over deliver. This lamp is beautiful end everything I was expecting. I recently ordered a vase from ChosenbyJessica. It arrived promptly but on arrival there was a small chip. I spoke to Olivia in their Customer Service team and within the week they had sent a replacement and had collected the previous. It was all so quick, and professional and the items were beautiful. Beautiful lamps. We have been searching for a while for stone lamps but a lot of them looked cheap. The lamps from Chosen By Jessica are the perfect neutral lamp. Really well made, well packaged and quick delivery. We loved the lamp so much, we brought another one! Lovely personal touch of a hand written thank you card.

The stone lamps are beautiful and excellent quality, perfect for our lounge and the kitchen accessories are also excellent quality and give the kitchen a lift. Excellent service, 2 small bedside lamps, chalky white finish and gorgeous natural colour linen shades, perfect for daughters new white/neutral bedroom. Packaged really well and thoughtful little card inside, handwritten with a £10 voucher for future purchase. Delivered within 2 days. Would highly recommend.

Update from my previous review . I purchased 2 lamps . I had received no response from the company however this morning I did receive an apology there had been a miss communication and they had not received my correspondence about the lamps . I have now received a full refund including the postage also have offered help and advice for future purchases, I cannot complain about speaking with the company today and will buy again .

Really lovely items and speedy delivery. I bought a beautiful hare lamp, it was very well packaged, arriving in excellent condition even though it was a very delicate item. I will definitely be buying from here again!
