Excellent product arrives as depicted. The quality is beyond more than that of 95% of Brands I have tried.
I am actually turning into a one brand wearer but it’s not because of anything but the fact that I LOVE to treat myself to nice things, and I expect them to last and remain as gorgeous as the day I received them for a very long time!

This is a legitimate site, but good luck ever getting something in the correct size or the item you actually asked for.

I ordered the Eva bralette and Eva G-string in candy crush. This was my first time buying myself a cute, relatively expensive, matching lingerie set so this was a big treat for myself and I was really excited. I followed the guidance for sizing to the T, selected my items and made my order. When I received the order I was extremely excited and thought the packaging was so cute and there was so much attention to detail, and then I pulled out the absolutely gigantic G-string. I tried it on over another pair of pants just to be certain, thinking maybe I just was in denial of how big my bum is (my hip measurement is 109cm so I ordered size XXL, which seemed like a large sounding size for myself at the time but that is what the size chart advised), it didn't even come close to fitting me.

I went online and applied for an exchange and ordered 2 sizes down. I had to pay for the return shipping despite this issue being no fault of my own and it came to a whopping £15.20 (which cost more than the item itself!!!). When the exchange arrived I was gob smacked. Despite the label on the new box stating I had indeed ordered the Eva G-string size L in Candy Crush, they had sent me bikini briefs?!

I guess I will never find out if sizing down to a size L in the G-string would've actually fit me because despite multiple polite messages to customer service carefully explaining the issue they were completely incompetent + didn't seem to understand what the problem was and thought I just hadn't received my parcel. I sent my final email with photo proof of the mistake on 25/07/2023 and received an automated email saying they would try to get back to me within 3 working days. I have never heard from them again. IT HAS BEEN ALMOST AN ENTIRE YEAR AND THEY HAVE STILL NEVER GOT BACK TO ME!

Absolutely shocking. I will never recommend this company and actively warn people against purchasing from them because this experience was beyond ridiculous and I never actually received the correct item. Heart breaking experience because I loved the company's products and was so excited to treat myself but WHATEVER YOU DO PLEASE NEVER PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

Very great quality! I ordered from NZ and the package arrived very quick in about a week. The sets came in beautiful little satin bags with free stickers. The sets fit me fine but were slightly on the smaller size so if you are in between sizes I would recommend sizing u p and checking the size charts but if you are consistently one size or on the small end of the size you should be ok. Overall amazing quality, definitely would buy again.
