Easy and reliable to deal with and updated regularly. This is my second order. Always well packaged to ensure no damage. Very happy with my beautiful Christmas bauble. Can't wait to hang on my tree. I was given regular updates on the progress of my order. When the bowla arrived they were reallt well packed. Just as I wanted them. I've not tried them out yet with the dogs but I can't fault Chow Bella.
