I contacted them about an issue to do with a delivery and they responded immediately (not their fault) and sent out a replacement the next day. Such a fab company to order from. Dog loves the moon bones!

Excellent place for natural treats!
Royal Mail had an issue with their system, but Chow Dog Paws 🐾 were so helpful in chasing this up for me, and the order arrived a day later. The order was packaged beautifully, and the treats are great quality. A very happy spaniel at home now, thank you!

This is my 3rd time ordering from Chow Paws and I wouldn’t buy my dogs bigger treats/chews from anywhere else now. I’m really happy with the service, the quick delivery and the product range. My dog has allergies and can only eat lamb, which can be challenging to find in shops so I absolutely love that there are over 50 different items to pick from and my dog has loved them all and had zero reactions.

Products are smaller than expected
Arrived quickly and most of the "large" products are good however 25% of my order I would have liked to return because they were alot smaller than expected and would have been a choking hazard. They were nothing like the picture and smaller than the size stated, even "large" items described were more like "small". Purchased the same products from a shop before and they have been bigger than some of which this seller sends. Contacted company to ask for returns label to return the items that weren't described and ALOT smaller than pictured and was refused and told nobody else has had a problem with them. Ordered 2 of the same item and one came fine and the other was stick thin, queried this and was just given excuses, asked if could exchange for the standard size and was told that one was - clearly wasn't when the other was normal size and as pictured but the other wasn't. Will be letting people know to use other companies to purchase from.

I’m sorry to hear that you were disappointed with the sizes of certain items in your order, specifically the deer twists. However, I want to clarify that for £0.69, it is expected that these chews would not be long-lasting, especially for a large breed dog. Our products are designed as quick snacks rather than prolonged chews.
Regarding your request for a prepaid return label, our Terms & Conditions clearly state that we do not issue prepaid labels for change of mind. I have offered to refund you for all items upon their return to us. All pictures of our products are unedited, except for background removal, to accurately represent the items as they are.
We have sold thousands of these products without similar complaints about misleading sizes. However, I will take your comments into consideration as we continually strive to improve our product descriptions and customer service.
