Poor customer service
I bought a few items on your website and got a message saying they have raised questions on my order, l replied the email clarifying whatever was raised in the email but 7 days later still no response or reply and no order received. I sent another email asking for my refund if there is an issue still no response or reply whatsoever. This is just poor service it’s now close to 10 days since l purchased but still no joy. I feel like my £170.00 have gone down the drain.

Swings and roundabouts
The design and quality when viewing online looked great. Up close the embroidery on logo is really neat. Great quality.
But I was disappointed by the quality of the base of the cap itself. Feels rather cheap compared to other new brands I've come across, along with larger brands that I regularly use. Great designs though.
