I m order the cap 8 days ago

I m order the cap 8 days ago. I paid extra for 48 hours postage. 5 days after the order I spoke with Christian Rose who said they would refund me the delivery cost. Not sure if I'm getting that, or the cap as its still not arrived.

Item didn’t come for 2 weeks and they…

Item didn’t come for 2 weeks and they had the nerve to not pay for the postage! So I had to pay twice for delivery fee otherwise Royal Mail wouldn’t give me my item! Customer service is dreadful! Shame because the brand is good but as a business…. Shoddy!!

Poor customer service

Nice hat. However, have emailed 3 times about refunds and returning items, yet there has been no response at all. Think twice before ordering

Been trying to get a refund for over…

Been trying to get a refund for over about 6 weeks, I finally get a response nearly a month later to say I should receive a refund in a couple of days. 2 weeks later and I've still had no refund. I usually don't have any issues but this level customer service has been really poor, will definitely think twice before ordering with this company again.

Item send back after Christmas. Still no response from customer service. Avoid at all costs. Shocking.

Returns process and refund

On delivery the box arrived battered. When I then wished to return the item, it is apparent that the usual 14 days to return applies but no actual returns process is provided and neither is a returns address.

I can see from other users experience that getting a refund on a return seems problematic.

Not very impressed.

If you have emailed within the 14 days a full refund would be made upon receiving product.

We have had issues with customer service coming through to incorrect email address.

Absolute disgrace of a company

Non-existent customer service. No reply to emails using both email addresses. Have had to reach out to Citizens Advice and Trading Standards to report Christian Rose which seems to be run by a kid out his bedroom. My experience seems to be consistent with what others are saying.

Poor packaging

Lovely hat and the recipient was very happy with the product however the packaging was poor and the box it was delivered in was completely battered upon arrival.

Appalling company with no means to return products

Appalling company, avoid at all costs.

Bought 2 caps, trying to return one of them and there is no returns address on the site and no means of obtaining it. I have email both the info@christianroseclothing and customercare@christianroseclothing email address and have yet to get any response.

This is an absolute scam and they should not be able to continue trading. Hopefully the poor experiences of customers like myself will warn off potential future customers before they use this company.
