Good price, good service from a local company. No problem at all.

I’ve been trying to return the item for two weeks but Evri never turns up. No number to contact to complain

We recently purchased a patio parasol from Christow a company we hadn’t dealt with before. A quick google search soon found what we needed at a very good price also had good reviews for the company. The whole experience was very good completed with a quick delivery. I would highly recommend this company

Arrived very quickly.
Used faux living wall on internal wall and used led lighting to highlight at night.
Looks stunning and realistic

I ordered a wardrobe and a bedside table separately. All was well at first - easy to order etc. I contacted them to see if they wanted to deliver the items at the same time to save on delivery costs (for them) and that i didn'tmind waiting. I received a lovely email back saying "thanks for your considerate email but delivery can't be amended".
I was fine with all that.
Fairly promptly (about a couple of days later) I received a delivery of one box but this was only half of the wardrobe. A few days later I emailed asking if I could expect the rest of the item(s) soon. I received an email saying "You've received a refund (which I hadn't) please return your item". I contacted them again and they explained that the order had been cancelled and there was some sort of mix up. I hadn't tried to cancel the order and still wanted the goods but apparently there was nothing they could do. More too-ing and fro-ing with emails but nothing changed and I wasn't returning anything because at that point, I hadn't been refunded.
I have finally received the refund but I'm now left with the hassle of returning a massive box. I finally emailed them again today asking for instructions as they have told me to send via Evri, even though that wasn't the company who delivered half my order, but when I tried on the app they couldn't find any details of the company.
I don't like leaving bad reviews so it's a shame really but it's been a bit if a shambles. When I first found the company, they seemed great and it feels like something has changed in the last month or so, maybe delivery problems/ change of courier or similar as all the poor reviews are in the last month. Who knows

Seems an excellent product, easy to assemble and at a good price. Delivery was on time.

My (small) garden shed was delivered in the expected timeframe and very straightforward to assemble upon arrival.
Pre-drilled holes guided all the screws and small wooden plates helped to ensure that all the elements were easy to set in the correct position.
The item is good quality and just as I'd hoped for.
