Parasol stand on wheels is a joy to put together as it is expertly designed. Holds the umbrella perfectly upright thanks to 360 degree clamping. Well done! The best one I ever had. Definitely a five star contender!

Poor Delivery
We ordered a set of side tables and a slim side table. Both items once put together (which was pretty easy, instructions were good and all fittings were there inc spares)are stunning. It was the delivery that let us down. Both items were due next day, albeit coming separately with different courier companies, neither arrived. The side table arrived 2 days after ordering from Evri. The side tables were eventually delivered by DX. The first order was ‘lost in transit’. After contacting customer service an express delivery was planned for the Monday. I was away the Tuesday and weds so specifically asked if they wasn’t sure the items would arrive on Monday to just arrange for the Thursday onwards when I would be back home. They didn’t arrive Monday and DX tracking told me it was delayed and would be delivered on Tuesday! So I then annoyingly had to wait for arrival before leaving home. I love the purchases I bought but the whole debacle with delivery has put me off ordering from this company again. Such a shame.

Absolutely awful customer service
Absolutely awful customer service! If you ever want to return an item the amount of effort that it takes is simply not worth it. I had to contact customer services several times. My parcel was too big to be dropped off at a shop and I also didn’t have a printer so couldn’t print out the label for the courier to collect it. With the awful communication from the Christow advisor, I ultimately gave up and put the item on eBay.

After an initial hiccup, Christow are a good company to deal with
The reason for giving Christow 4 stars is because I ordered two small console tables. When nearly completing the build of the second table it became apparent that there were 3 legs of one shape and 1 leg of another, rather than 2 legs each of two shapes. Very annoying, as it meant I couldn't complete the build of the table. However, as soon as I managed to contact Christow, they reacted immediately by sending me a complete new console which arrived very quickly. I returned the 'faulty' console at their expense. So, when things went wrong, I could not fault their reaction to sorting it and their efficiency in keeping in touch. I would purchase from Christow again.

Good Quality and Useful Storage
We bought a higher chair side occasional table from Christow because we needed to protect our coffee and tea from being swiped off by our dog's tail!
It matched the TV table we already had and is the same good quality.
I only wish Christow did some tall display units!

Arrived quickly and well priced
Arrived quickly and was exactly what I wanted. Dithered for ages as didn't want to pay for a new base. Gorgeous colour. Typically, it has rained since arriving but warm weather coming!
