Christow use Evri- I wouldn’t.
Ordered 9 artificial wall packages for next day delivery, which unfortunately were dispatched to be delivered by Evri and DX Tracking. DX Tracking arrived 2 days late with 2 packages, Evri only delivered 3 packages and returned 4 packages stating they were bigger than expected and needed a specialist Evri courier. Not sure what this meant as all 9 packages were the exact same size.
Christow, then re-dispatched the missing 4 packages only for Evri to list them once again as bigger than expected and send them back to Christow.
Despite advising my concerns regarding Evri couriers, apparently they were unable to send by any other means so therefore had to seek a refund for the missing 4 packages after messing around for 12 days.
It’s a shame as the merchandise quality was really good, unlike the couriers they choose to use. The customer Service was also friendly but appeared to be unable to make decisions regarding a different delivery courier.

Excellent quality and service. Next day delivery of both bedside tables, well packaged and the quality for the price is just great. If you are after a slim bedside table you cannot go wrong with these and the service received.

Absolutely beautiful
Absolutely beautiful , was delivered on time very well packaged however there was a small scratch on the front which must of been visible when packaged , we didn’t want to send it back as my husband said he could sort it and he did. Would not deter me from purchasing from this company again as they have some beautiful pieces .

This parasol is better than the rest
The parasol we bought was very well made and as my wife is Devon girl it was lovely to buy from a Devon company. The quality was exceptional and quite beautiful to look at and most important was very well priced for such a good quality product so will gladly buy from this company again

Amazing service
Amazing service! I ordered my parasol on Thursday, just before the forecast heatwave Bank Holiday weekend not expecting to receive it until after the holiday weekend but it arrived on Saturday morning. The parasol was exactly what I wanted and I’m hoping to enjoy using it when the present inclement weather drifts away and hopefully sun will take its place.

2M Shanghai Raspberry Parasol
Just the right size for my needs, lovely colour, seems to be strong enough to cope with some wind. Quality materials. Thick metal tube. Looks great opened up , nice and summery.

Awful company
Awful company. I ordered through Debenhams a wardrobe and a set of chest of drawers. The wardrobe is awful quality and the drawers got delivered with 12 parts missing. When trying to contact Christow for help and the parts the just kept saying an agent is looking at your case and now I’ve been told I need to send back to drawers and reorder again. DO NOT order with them.

I bought a lovely tall slim garden shed…
I bought a lovely tall slim garden shed in sage green from Christow and it arrived well packed and easy to assemble. I was so happy with it that I went back to the company to buy a lovely foldable sturdy table to put next to my egg chair for that all important cuppa. That arrived in 2 days and again it's perfect.
