Excellent umbrella
Excellent umbrella and we were very pleased with the quality. This was a present for my son and he was delighted to receive it.
Delivery was prompt and the packaging was very good .
Very poor returns policy not very…
Very poor returns policy not very responsive or effective I am still waiting for my replacement cap after two weeks. The button came of the cap after a few days poor quality control.

hat box
I ordered a hat box. it arrived in a very poor packaging. as a result the box was slightly damaged. or was it so from the beginning, before being sent ?

A nice hat for the price, true sizing and pretty fast turnaround
The delivery time was faster than advised, and the product was as described. Sizing was true, and the quality was good for the price point. If you're looking for a decent mid-range felt hat with lots of colour and style options then Christys' is a good bet.

Fabulous company - fabulous hat
Dealing with Christys has been one of the best experiences I have had with any retail business. I found the hat I loved in the St. Christopher’s Street store, but my size was not in stock. Mary, at the store, was extremely helpful with style and sizing. I ordered my hat online for delivery to the store. Christys kept me informed about delivery date and Mary phoned to tell me as soon as it came into the store. I was told it could take 7-10 working days. I had the hat on my head in 7 days! I couldn’t be happy with the entire process and the hat itself,

I’m really disappointed
I’m really disappointed, not with the quality of the product, but with the delivery. The coorporation with the Cyprus post office and the Royal Mail is poor, but still it’s a part of your service through the online order. More or less there was a delay, I already complained to the post office as well.
