I read a lot of the reviews before deciding to purchase from Chronext. A lot of the negative ratings were down to delayed deliveries. I didn't need my watch for someones Birthday or for a special event so, I took the plunge! I found Chronext very professional and th.ey kept me well informed of progress. Sadly, the same cannot be said for Fed-Ex , who said for four days that delivery was due that day by 6pm, then nothing! In the end the watch arrived 10 days after first promised , first thing in the morning and no notification was sent. It seems a chaotic company! The watch was super, just as described by the way! I have marked Chronext down by one star for choosing to use Fed-Ex, otherwise five star service from them.

The watch is perfect and the delivery time is also perfect.
It's a pity that the delivery time is not more targeted (delivery today before 6pm).

I recently sold my priced luxury watch to Chronext. Overall the process took ~3 weeks from first inquiry to money being deposited into my bank account. The customer service was excellent at all times, and they replied to my numerous messages usually in less than an hour. Shipping my watch to Chronext within EU took roughly a week.

I even had a slight issue where the payment to me was postponed due to systems error which naturally made me anxious. However the issue was sorted out in two days, and money transferred immediately. Even with this issue I'll give 5 stars as truly company's performance and customer service is measured when issues arrise - not when everything goes smoothly. Many thanks for Chronext team and Linda!

Very efficient service

I bought my first luxury watch with Chronext and I was very happy with the experience. I bought a Tag Heuer which was out of stock on the official Tag website, and I ordered it for pick up in person at the London store. The delivery date was met, and the advisor at the shop took the time to show me the watch, explaining the warranty and made sure I was happy with it before I purchased it.
