Professional process, up to date information, reliable

I bought a luxury Rolex watch from Chronext. Here are few things you need to be aware of
1. It took 10 days for Chronext to start shipping the watch out of Germany. They used uninsured shipping category with no name and no signature required. So, my Rolex watch was wrongly sent to my neighbor because it didn't require the name of receiver and signature. Luckily, my neighbor gave the package back to me. I'm not sure why Chronext chose uninsured shipping category for high value Rolex watch.
2. Sale Representative Manager kept breaking his promises on shipping dates, on gifts, real Rolex watch photos and on the communication.
3. I came to Rolex AD to verify the condition of Rolex watch and Rolex AD confirmed the Rolex watch is in good condition. However, the Rolex box was old and was in use. It is not giving me the full confident of new/unworn status as Chronext mentioned.
4. They kept saying the Rolex watch pictures are real but the pictures are actually generic for same type of Rolex watches. They don't even want to spend time on real pictures.
In summary, it is not a professional watch dealer, you want to do business transaction on luxury Rolex watch.

If you're looking to order with Chronext and not have problems I suggest you stay clear. They offer Paypal as a payment method which in my opinion is the safest way to pay via the internet (You're protected by Paypal and your Bank at the same time). I pay for a fairly pricey watch a (Unworn Datejust 41mm) via paypal which goes through smoothly. I then notice the next day it was not shipped off so I enquire on the reason for the delay. I was told I was emailed about additional verification (I WAS NOT). I asked them to resend the email which they swiftly did. I sent my driving license within a minute of getting the email and the rep who was dealing with me at the time (Uhe) said that it was perfectly ok and it'll be sent off sharp next day (today). I then wake up to be told that they will not be accepting my payment via paypal and it needs to be done via bank... They said that there was discrepancies in my order which total rubbish... My full name, billing address and everything all matches up... Do not offer a payment method if you're going to force people to pay via something else... This is truly the worst experience I've had and clearly the representatives are not properly trained as I was falsely informed three times...

It was my first time buying from chronext. Only reason i considered them was because bark and jack mentioned them as a sponsor. My watch came two weeks later than expected but as for the watch its self, the description was like new. They werent kidding. It looks like it saw no wrist time. I will definitely buy from them again.

My second purchase from chronext was shipped on Monday. I’m very excited.
I haven’t seen it, still in transit, and I cannot access tracking services. Other than that, I’m very excited.

This company is cheating. They sold me Tudor Black Bay watch as new that was actually used for 9 months, came with scratches and new, cheap replacement strap. It is not a mistake, it is done on purpose, for my complaints there was only denial. Do not even attempt to buy for them, I also had the same story two years earlier when they did the same but replace the old one with better- almost new. With my experience I say go elsewhere, they are set to cheat.
update- I can see the same watch is sold again as unused and new. The watch used, scratched, with replaced original strap is presented as new and unworn. This company is on verge on criminal activity.

This is was my first time buying a luxury watch on-line, so I did have my reservations. Initially I placed an order for a pre-owned Omega Speedmaster with a 39mm case which arrived on-time and well packaged. However, the watch “wore” small on my 195mm wrist so I decided to return it the same day. Chronext was very helpful in arranging the return and the whole process was handled directly with FedEx without any additional cost to me. At the same time, a very helpful customer service manager at Chronext suggested a larger pre-owned Speedy which would be a much better fit for me with a 42mm case. She arranged for the strap to be measured and, upon my request, arranged for additional links to be purchased and installed on the watch at a small additional cost in order to fit my wrist. Upon payment, the new watch arrived in a few days, very well packaged and in excellent condition both operationally and appearance wise. A full refund was also effected on the first watch returned without any additional cost. All-in-all it was an excellent experience buying a watch from Chronext. Service was impeccable, any emails sent to customer service were answered almost immediately and everyone I dealt with went out of their way to be helpful and provided accurate and timely information. I would definitely recommend Chronext to anyone looking to purchase a luxury watch, either new or pre-owned. They know how to treat their customers in a seamless, professional, and friendly way. My special thanks to the Chronext customer service team !!!

After watching Adrian Barker’s review of his white dial Omega Seamaster 300M, I decided to order that watch on Chronext. I discovered Chronext from watching Adrian’s Bark & Jack channel. The purchasing process was easy & convenient. I was notified when the watch was in transit & when it would be delivered. Also, The prices are very attractive.
