Every time I made contact the staff were knowledgeable and helpful. Once my decision to go ahead was made the process was as previously promised - swift and painless for someone who does not like internet forms etc. I have confirmation in writing of everything arranged and the process to date has been seem less. I am very happy with service at what is already a very stressful time. I would recommend and thank you.

Quick and easy process. Stress free and the process was easy to follow. It was also very quick which was great as my surgery appointment was bought forward so where I thought I had plenty of time to arrange it it had to be done straight away. It was all sorted out promptly and my surgery could go ahead. Thank you!
