Superb stuff

I thought when I mixed this up it would taste disgusting but was really surprised by the pleasant taste. In combination with the kefir I feel it is doing a great job for me.

Also foul and borderline undrinkable when made with water. Since the kefir was so foul I didn’t bother trying it out with alternative ingredients.
Easy to mix and drink though the taste is complex and rather unusual so for some it may take a bit of getting used to but I didn't find it unpleasant. The prebiotic and the kefir complement each other in my view.
