Absolutely fantastic product but unfortunately it prohibitively expensive for long term use. I’m really disappointed as I noticed the benefits from day 3 of the 21 day course. I’m retired and disabled and much as I’d love to use this as part of my daily diet, long-term the price rules this out

I added this to my morning ritual . Probiotic kefir then prebiotic powder . The combination has helped me more than just kefir in its own . Takes time to kick in . Allow many months and your parody will pay off.
It's too soon to say so only a middle review so far. Taste is ok but it's quite a big drink!
