Unable to log into the App, they send a code which you have to leave the App to retrieve, it makes you reopen the App which means getting another code, you end up going round in circles, can't view my renewal or make amendments as its all via the App, waste of time trying to call them. I've been with Churchill over 20 years but will now look at other insurance companies.
Thanks for the patronising response, yes I know how to tab in/out, your App is the only one that restarts the process.

4 years with the company, never claimed a thing but still managed to increase my insurance by £120 per year. Great reward for loyalty. When I asked about a reduction they gave me £6 off !!! Will be my last year with them unless they start recognising good customers

By bringing the price down - indicates to me that I am insuring with an honest broker. In these days when inflation appeares to be hitting every one, with not much chance of betterment for some time, when a careful driver returns to this country some 36 years ago after being away in the Colonies some 70 years previous and, due to a better standard of other drivers generally + road surfaces as found in other wider open countries, I have found it quite a pleasure, hence no accidents.
