As someone who has used Dave Ramsey's program to get out of debt I've been hearing Churchill advertise for years on the show. Dan was so easy to work with, very responsive and was so knowledgeable and helpful through the whole process. As someone who is assembling a "team" to help in areas of my life, (ex. insurance, taxes, real estate) Dan has become a valuable member. I truly feel like he wanted the best for my wife and I, which is a great feeling when making such a big purchase.

The mortgage went through several delays. They forgot to inform the insurance company and my homeowners ended up being canceled, which made my car insurance increase due to a canceled homeowners policy. They sent me a refund check, but emailed me that it never cashed. They sent it to the home I was renting, not the home they helped me purchase. Their title department didn't get the paperwork to the notary in enough time to print it all out and get here by the appointment time. They are nice people who are disorganized and have poor communication between departments. There is not one part of this process that went smoothly.

After a week they finally got my credit score 3 times, and my rating went from Excellent to FAIR! I also noticed some of the charges are higher than Rocket Mortage like Appraisal fees of $700.00 that is a $200. 00 gain. As others. Their interest rates went above average and that also turned me off because of their lack of process to obtain one credit report. What did they need 3 for and bring down my rating! I do not recommend this company at all!

Nancy Wendt was awesome to work with when completing all the paperwork for our new home loan. She coached us on different options based on the properties we were looking at. We shopped around and Churchill gave us the best terms and rate among four different lenders. Nancy's team easily worked with our family's trust. Churchill was very rigorous in the approval process so there were no surprises later.

Churchill Mortgage helped us purchase our first home, and our agent, Sandi Green, was exceptional. Buying a house can be a whirlwind, and we loved that Sandi took the time to clearly lay out what was happening, and why, and what the next steps were. Everyone on the Churchill team was friendly, proactive, quick to respond, and patient – we needed a lot of hand holding, and they did it without making us feel silly for not knowing what we didn't know. They were particularly helpful in establishing credit for my husband, as he lives cash-only. Loved working with them!
