I had nothing but good things to say about Churchill Mortgage and the customers service representative who took care of my loan.

Although, the sale of loans to other mortgage companies is common practice.

The line was crossed: when a mortgage company sells their loan to other mortgage companies after building a good working relationship and lose customer service.

I now no longer have direct contact with a service representative.

Now have to wait anywhere between 24-48 hours, before I’m able to speak with a representative at my new mortgage company.

Not cool!

We refinanced through Churchill based off a recommendation from Dave Ramsey. We have listened to Dave Ramsey for awhile now and thought this company would be the best and would align with our goals. Scott Mosher was our refinance coordinator and we couldn't have been happier. Scott was attentive and was very thorough throughout the entire refinance process and explained everything. We got the rates we were looking for as well as the term length.
We just finished our loan with Churchill and they were a great company to work with. We appreciate the hard work they put in and the attentiveness to their customers. They are a business who truly cares about their customers. Highly recommend to anyone.
