I am unable to buy a one month renewal. I have been emailing customer service and I even sent them screen shots to show them I am unable to buy. They keep telling me to select 30 days like i don't know that. IT DOES NOT WORK!! If you want to purchase a one year renewal no problem. That is the only way that you can get the code you need. I am really unhappy because I feel like unless you want to sign up for a year, you are out of luck.

I renew because its really the only way to keep connected with my homeland other than the internet! the streaming is awful...watching any given program the buffering occurs on average every few minutes...connecting to wifi is ridiculous always getting authentication problem! they try t o tell me its my internet,,,but im running a 500/500 speed verified i have even connected darn box directly to internet equipment! the service sucks but we have no choices!

why i can't buy only 0ne month allways sent me to 12 months promo web site it's wrong

It's a seamless process of watching Italian tv shows and channels in America with really great customer support to boot. I don't know if I can appreciate this service enough,if only we'd had this 30 years ago I would be fluent enough to make jokes like an actual Italian.

Try and reactivate my box. I'm having so much problems can get nobody online. I email get no respond. The service it's not working. They should have a phone number where you could talk to a life person to activate one box. Does you change the way they do business

Ongoing performance issues with my CiborTV device. The box continues to freeze, and drop connection despite a stable network and standard troubleshooting. At this point, the service is not functioning as advertised.

I need a clear update on the status of my support request. Please confirm the next steps for resolving the hardware and service issues, Ive already spent 89.00 under your suggestion for a new box.

My response: No you wont this has been going on for months now and multiple no-call backs. If anyone is thinking about using this "service" you're in for a disappointing shock.

I truly appreciate the CiborTV program. It’s not just a service for me — it’s a connection to our Italian heritage, and I’m genuinely proud of the way they continue to promote the Italian culture here in the US through CiborTV. It means a lot to families like mine.

Hopefully in the future, they would allow an activation code to be used on multiple devices, rather then purchasing seperate codes for each device.

Hardware and software are great!

However, if every Firm in today's world had
a Customer Service and support group like Cibor
they would be considered in a class by themeselves!

Extremely useful both for traveling and everyday use. It’s easy to use and lets you watch a huge number of channels with excellent video quality. Highly recommended!

Useless if you want to follow Italian TV shows from abroad. Does not support recording or DVR hence it is impossible to follow day tv programs from a different timezone.

Customer service would not offer a refund since 14 day policy only based on shipping date, not activation date

# 1 Cibor freezes up almost every night. We cannot watch a complete episode or a full movie. #2 I PAID for renewal, and I was charged 2 times, and I only have 1 Box. I 'm NOT able to reach them to get my refund back. How do I go about getting my refund back of $99.99 that I was charged? Please contact me, please refund my money back. Thank you.

Channel 5 HD signal breaking a lot never can finish watch shows not wort to pay for this service, this happen every single day and time in consideration I am may not renew my subscription it’s very frustrating to watch programs with lot signal interrupted just on this preticular channel. My network signal is perfect but just Cibor brake signal a lot

Worked well for almost two years then one day it continued to give me problems saying the internet could not be tested. It’s a very basic box and despite my trying to resolve with customer service (via email), they said my warranty was up on the box and that I could buy another box with a 20% discount. This was days after renewing the subscription. I think that is poor customer service and disappointed with how difficult it was at that point.

Cibor tv is the best! And i am very happy! I live in Sweden and i can see all the channel from Italy and all the world! Very good!!!

This has to be the worse streaming box I have ever come across. The channels keep lagging and we keep getting the signal source is unavailable. I have sent so so so many email to customer support with reply’s on what speed test do you have are the cables plugged in ? Seriously ?? It’s just awful. I got this for my father who is 99 and literally every window night he cannot watch anything due Chanel’s !! I have literally given up so when the renewal is up, I will be cancelling and going IL GLOBO TV INSTEAD . Based in Melbourne if you have any issues you can contact them and sort it out, unlike CIBOR . I would NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL !!!!

In the passed month we have had trouble with cibor tv. Constantly getting the run around.
It keeps freezing up not one channel but most of the channels. It has been very frustrating i have contacted them every day and still they say that they are trying to fix the problem. I know that they don't give a dam about us because we are in Australia.
We have been with this for the pass 2 years and now problems I have request for and email address to there management and still no answer. I will be looking for another streaming box to change. I would NOT recommend this Company (Cibor) they are unhelpful. Stay away from purchasing this.

I was supposed to pay for one year $89.00 plus receive a discount for the code Mix given to me by Cbortv now I still cannot receive a new connection code cbortv should notify subscribers ahead of time before the old subscription expires and not shut it off in the middle of a program after is difficult to riconect should be easier to pay and get the new code Cbortv should have a phone number for client questions

I had a problem with the audio of my CiborTv and I was upset because I would like to follow J. Sinner and the Italian National soccer team… the Cibor team try everything to help me from remote with professional competence in very short time (in the end I discovered that was a cleaning lady disconnection cable problem …)
