Great product
Great product.
It has lots of local and national Italian TV channels and is easy to use. A great way for me to improve my Italian comprehension.
The box itself is fine. It works well, the menu is easy to use and I recommend that you add your favourite channels to the favourites section for faster navigation.
I had some technical problems with my box but when I notified Cibor TV support, they very quickly rectified my issues and sent me a brand new box. Customer service is fast and effective, they responded on the same day and resolved the issue even though it was on a weekend. Impressive !

Best money I have ever spent
I have been using CiborTV for a while, I truly love it.
It helps me to stay in touch with the motherland. I highly recommend it to all of us who have ties to Italy and also for those who want to improve their Italian and knowledge about the country. I really like the new food channel "Just Italy Channel" and the series True Italian Cusine with chef Lorenzo, who is a riot.

Cibortv is always in my suitcase when l travel! I bring it everywhere so I can watch all my favorite Italian regional channels and l can keep in touch with my beloved region of Umbria, from where I come from. The good channel they have is absolutely cool and interesting, and l saw many of the places where l grew up.It is a great invention! Thank you so much.

You did not receive your activation code as you typed in an INCORRECT email address.
We have sent the code to the correct email address and we see the box is active again.
We are sorry to see this negative review is not being rectified although based on an incorrect reconstruction of the facts.
Power off and on in order to work…
I have to power off and back on the Cibor box in order to be able to play anything. I contacted customer service and they thought it was my internet and offered a free month. Although I appreciate the offer, I somehow don't think it's my internet and other people have apparently had similar issues. I live on the U.S.West Coast so timing my watching certain shows is difficult. There are often buffering issues on the Italian side. Otherwise I enjoy watching and there is a pretty good variety of channels.

We are not happy with the programming…
We are not happy with the programming from Cibortv. The movies are old and some are American movies translated into Italian. We thought we were going to be able to see modern Italian movies and movies like Pierino. I will not renew my subscription. We regret having purchased a year subscription.

La scatola CIBORTV è fantastica. Ho solo un problema nel dover accenderlo, spegnerlo e riaccenderlo per farlo funzionare. Funziona una volta caricato il menu principale alla seconda accensione.
Also if more Italian channels that are offered by the cable company or satellite would be great.
