I love Cicar because it simple and we never have any bad surprise

I rented a car from Cicar second time, before in Lanzarote, this year in Fuerteventura. No any problems. My rate is 5 of 10, thank you very much...

CICAR is probably the best car hire company on the islands. Their app makes obtaining a car easy and straightforward. Pick up was easy and the car was clean, filled and ready to drive. The only extra charge was for fuel (to make sure you return the car full), which was fully refunded on return and on the same day. The only comment I would make is the car you select is not necessarily the car you get. I fully understand this is the case but it would be better if CICAR could somehow share the inventory of the cars available so you can at least understand the chances of getting the car you want.

Almost never at the office at Anfi, Mogan, even if opening hours says they should be there. When they are at the office, they don’t open the door to be able to answer question. Unfriendly and bad service. I would never recommend anyone to rent from this service.

CiCar in Lanzarote provided a clean and reliable car at a decent price. Booking was straightforward on line and the car was ready more or less at the agreed time plus collected from our hotel as requested. Service level was good and I'd recommend this company as the terms were fair and not like some companies that add extras all over the place. A nice change!

At the time of booking, there was an option to book a car at Muelle los Marmoles. 2 days before renting a car, CICAR checked which cruise ship we were arriving on. I replied Costa Fortuna, but no instructions came. After getting off the ship, no cars were ready and no one was waiting for us. At 8:25, a rental company employee arrived in a van and took us to the rental office. There, the car was picked up quickly and without any problems. They even gave us a much higher class of car. Our ship was scheduled to leave at 4:30 PM. The rental company employees promised that there would be a transfer to the ship at 4:00 PM. But since they were supposed to open the office at 4:00 PM, I didn't trust that they wouldn't be late. To avoid problems, I took a taxi after parking the car. If you're only visiting the island for a few hours, you don't want to be stuck waiting for a car.

One of the best car rentals you can get in Tenerife. I’ve never rented a car before and was a little nervous about it all, but actually, this is the easiest and best car rental company you can get. So easy — no lines, no waiting. The car was in front of the airport, and I even got an upgraded version, a new car with only 15k km. Dropping the car back was so easy. I definitely recommend them and will only rent from them. Such a good experience. I’m 24 years old.
