Rental in Fuerteventura then in Tenerife

It took 40 minutes to get my car in Fuerteventura, but I guess that's because many travelers landed around the same time (between 8 and 10). Otherwise, the lady at the office was nice and kind. Samewise when I returned the car at their office on the parking lot.
The car, a 2018 or 2019 Opel Corsa, was perfectly what I needed during my stay in Fuerteventura.

On the contrary, in Tenerife, it took only 5 minutes to get the car (certainly because I landed in the middle of the afternoon) and 5 minutes to return it though the parking lot was crowded (on a Saturday afternoon).
It was also an Opel Corsa and I got to get used to it in the mountain-ish roads of the island. It was comfortable and convenient in both the mountains and the city.

On a loué la voiture à l aéroport de ténérife sud , on l ' a rendue à l 'aéroport Ténérife nord sans problème , on se pose là ou il y a de la place , on rend les clés et on s 'en va, quoi de plus simple?

We had no problem with the car, but I have to say that I have never been served so badly in my life. ALL the staff look like it’s the worst day of their life being there. They are very very rude and not helpful

We've got a better car than we have rent.
Recent, cleaned just before we take it,and full option.
We have only payment card and not a credit card and this is not a problem for rent.
I recomand.
