Absolutely delighted with my purchase. True to size and the very same as picture. I place my order late Monday night and it was delivered on Wednesday. The hand written note thanking me for my order was a fab touch.. I will definitely order again and recommend to my family and friends 🧡

Received my dress this morning! Absolutely stunning dress and great quality! Must say only ordered it on Friday night! Very prompt delivery! Will shop there again! Thank you.

We had such an awful customer experience prior to our wedding. The only thing worse than the quality of the fabric at Baabul's was the aggressive, dishonest customer service.

My wife purchased an anarkali for our wedding. It needed to be resized and we noticed there were a couple of tears in the fabric. The owner, Mr Sethi, had it sent to India to be resized and re-laid. He promised if there were any problems with it, or if it wasn't made to the specifications we'd requested, he would often a full refund.

After many months of waiting, it arrived at the shop. It had more tears in it than to start with. It was in a terrible condition and also didn't fit. Part of this was because they used cheap fabric.

We showed photos of the dress to a reputable tailor we know. He was shocked and appalled at the quality and the fact that the wrong materials were used.

Mr Sethi was totally unapologetic. To this day, he has never once apologised for what happened.

My wife is always calm, fair and courteous. She requested a full refund for returning the dress. He said that he would refund it if she left her bank details with him, which she did. It should come through during the day on Monday, he said.

On Monday nothing came through. I called the shop and was told to ring back at 2pm, which I did, but he wasn't available. It later turned out that he apparently wasn't working that day. My wife called the shop and asked to speak to Mr Sethi too, but also didn't get through to him.

The message was eventually passed on to him so he called my wife on her mobile and demanded that she did not call the shop again. He accused her of being rude, even though this call ended by him putting the phone down on her mid-conversation.

He said that the payment would come through by midnight, and that he never said it would be during the day. Never once did he apologise. She said that she would have to report this to the authorities if she doesn't receive the refund. That seemed to make a difference to the 'by midnight' claim, as the refund immediately appeared after he hung up the call.

What an awful experience prior to your wedding day. Please, please do reconsider giving to this company your money, time and trust.

Please note take care when reading these reviews. Alot of customers are confusing this cicilookshop who are based in China with a similar named Irish company who are brilliant to deal with. It is a pity that companies can just open up with similar names and tarnish others with their bad business.

Hi,i bought a dress online from Ci Ci boutique, it arrived in 2 to 3 days ,very well presented with a lovely personalised message attached .Much to my dissapointment the dress which was beautiful was an unsuitable fit for me.I returned the dress by post yesterday at 5pm and much to my surprise i received an e mail this afternoon to say i had been refunded what i had paid .Great service and i will definatley shop from Ci Ci again. This place has the worst customer service ever. I purchased two shorts but when I received them - they ran small. I emailed them several times about returns but they appear to have automated replies that made no sense. Their online "contact us" is worthless as you can never get the captcha code right. No one answers their phone. I returned the items to the address they were shipped from in Santa Fe Springs, CA. Here I am a month later and nothing.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY I bought 3 T shirts that were only fit for dusters, after numerous emails I eventually got a return address and sent them back at a cost of £10.70 only for this sham company to refuse to pick up the return at Chinese customs for so long it got sent back to me. I lost the whole cost of this purchase. Shame on them. I don't understand why trading standards don't take these sites down. I for one will never buy from any Chinese company's again 🤬🤬🤬

Scammers!! On April 23 2020, I clicked on a link from fb to this clothing store. Malls were closed and I'd lost weight. None of my clothes fit me. I dropped $424.50 on clothes. After several weeks, I still had no receipt, no clothes, no shipping updates, nothing. I disputed Paypal. This place sent bogus shipping updates to Paypal!!! Then I escalated my case and this seller sent me ONE article of clothing, then sent Paypal bogus shipping information AGAIN. Paypal emailed me today and said they are closing my case because I received my order. I have not received my order!!! Stay away from this place!!!! I'm sending all information to the BBB. I don't know what else to do.

Let’s make this clear this is a negative star rating. This company is a scam. You pay they keep your money and you don’t get anything.
BEWARE!!!! I have contacted them several times and I keep getting an auto response. Same one every time. You are wasting your money.

Oh how I wished I had visited trust pilot and seen these reviews. NO STARS !! 1 is too many. Bought 2 dresses. One was supposed to have pockets - I had to bend down to put my hand in the pocket. The other was supposed to be linen (?!?) I’ve got more linen in my little finger than what was in this dress!! Template emails that keep you in a loop when you want to return items. No address to return to - no way of getting a refund. Horrendous experience. DONT rely on PayPal to help either!!!! They initially offered me £25 and then closed the case saying I’d been sent dresses so there was no problem. Despite all I wanted was to return them and they weren’t dresses that could be worn. Admittedly I had been sent some material- but not that I could wear!!

I wish I would have read the reviews before I placed my order. I've been waiting 3 months and have not received it yet. They continue to tell me it's in transit. I feel like an idiot for not checking the reviews on this company. Absolutely stay clear of CiCi.

Just an update from my May post. I am still waiting on my refund. They have "said" it is their top priority, it is in the process, it is being escalated to their refund department, its being refunded, the cannot refund the original payment method (PayPal), and now they are offering me a $31.00 store credit. I went the BBB in May as well. The status says they are not responding to the BBB. I have now been waiting 9 mos for a refund. Oh, PayPal closed my dispute because they said I received the shipment. Stay as far away from them as possible.

They are nothing but scammers. Took 3 mos to get my shipment and nothing fit. Tried to return it to no avail. Tried to dispute the charge with my cc and it was past the time I could dispute. I have now been waiting 7 mos for a partial refund that was promised from this scammer company.

Came 3 months later not the wig I ordered.2 of the wigs was the same.waste of my money.

AVOID - this company are scam artists. Clothes are badly made, poor quality, badly sized, no paperwork in parcel and they refuse to give you a return address. If you eventually find them online they ignore emails for weeks then send an email asking for details you’ve already sent and spinning this out till you give up. DO NOT USE THEM!!!!!!!

I ordered $200 USD, a top, a top and skirt and shoes. The top came poorly made and oversized, the top and skirt shabbily made and 2 months late and again oversized. I NEVER GOT THE SHOES !!!

This site is a fraud and made in China.

I would like to give zero or negative stars. They basically stole my money. I ordered a dress, they sent the wrong size and only offered $4-6 of store credit. I escalated to PayPal spent an additional $14 to return the item only to be told that I didn't provide sufficient tracking which is insane. I won't ever buy from them again, they took my money and received their dress back. I won't ever use PayPal again either.

I ordered a shirt as a gift for my daughter and it's been over 2 months. Their tracking site is a joke. This company is a scam. Do not waste your money.
