Absolutely horrible. It has taken over 2 months to receive my full order. They make it really hard to return items. Quality is not worth the price. STAY AWAY!

Damage items, not ordered items, clothes -lowest quality ever. Thiefs, no money back.

SCAM COMPANY! Cicilookshop is a disgrace to our relationship with China.
I ordered 3 womens shirts.
Only 2 came after months, and the quality and sizing is terrible. Way too small for XL... Crappy materials.
3rd shirt never arrived -
I asked several times for a refund. They want to give me a "coupon" for a fraction of the money I spent to order more from them... Are you kidding me?

According to our Return & Exchange Policy, we accept returns and exchanges within 30 days from the date of package reception and if the products are in new, unused condition with the original packaging.

If you want to send the item(s) back for exchange or refund, the return-shipping fee needs to be afforded by yourself.

Considering the high shipping fee to return it(them) all the way back to our warehouse, will it be possible to give others as a gift and we would like to refund USD15 or offer USD20 cash coupon to you as a way to make up for this? It is more convenient for you to use buy other items in our website at any time.

To be honest, normally it will take 10-25 working days to issue the refund,after we operate the refund, the refund will be successful after approximately 5-7 business days, and there will be approximately one month of arrival time, depending on the type of bank card.

Run away!! Even though the web site looks nice, no one is answering when you have a problem. They refuse to refund. Their goods are so bad manufactured, you ‘re gonna loose money. I lost a lot and I am still struggling to get my money back!

I'm sure my experience will be the same as everyone elses as I'm trying to get a refund. I will go directly to Capitol One instead of Paypal as everyone says Paypal did nothing to help. So sorry I didn't look closer at the reviews, I never would have purchased. One thing that's weird, the return address on my package is 13725 Pipeline Avenue Chino CA. Maybe the Better Business Bureau should pay them a visit...

Bought 3 items from these folks back in January '19 for approximately $75. Received three grossly undersized, cheap, cheap, cheap, cheap quality items. Emailed a request to return, got a reply asking me to keep the items and accept a $20 refund. I said "no, I want to return for a full refund". They sent me a return address in California, I returned the items with tracking info in February, items were delivered, and here we are, 7 months later, and still no refund. Every time I email them about it, I get a new, BS response, promising my refund any day now, but ultimately, no $$$. Scumbags. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! DISGUSTING HUMAN BEINGS.

Please do not buy from this fraud site I ordered 3 tops which came to 62euros what I received this morning in the mail is a disgrace one plain wrong colour and over sized top it says it's an American company the came from China please do not by from these people it's a fraud

Shocking company. Items were nothing like advertised, spent weeks trying to get a return address and now spending a further number of weeks trying to get my refund. I keep getting the same email from different names. They keep trying to put barriers in place for refunding money.

Problem getting an address to send back items. Will contact my credit card company, to handle, and advise not to do business with company.

Again, they do not deserve a star.

Previously I wrote a review about my experience with Cicishoplook.

I was not pleased with the quality of the clothing and the fit was too small. They provided no return information. I emailed them multiple times, and called the bogus number they provided for returns and never got a return call.

It wasn't until I posted my review on Trustpilot that they finally reached out to me and gave me an address where to send.

It has been more than three months since I returned the clothing and have not yet received a refund.

I provided the FED EX tracking information, and the order information and they say they don't have the package.

I resent the FED EX info a second time and the order information.

They state that their warehouse has not received the package. And cannot provide a refund until the package is received.

Today I have provided the tracking confirmation letter as proof that the package was delivered on May 28th.

This company is a scam!

If anyone takes the time to read the "good" reviews you will see that they are all written in pigeon english in other words fake. When 67% of the buyers say its terrible just like my experience was, believe you me, words cannot convey exactly how bad it is.
The clothes are absolutely nowhere near the same as the photographs depict, the material is really cheap as thin as tissue, and they dont fit properly, because the garments are not constructed correctly, its like a child has designed them. None of the reviews are validated, that tells you everything. Not even the good ones! After complaining about the clothes through paypal I was offered a partial refund, and return the goods paying for my own postage but no address given!????. I smelt a rat and so I looked on this site and I realised it is a total SCAM. Ive escalated it directly to Paypal, I dont want anymore to do with this shower, and will rely on the good sense of paypal to get my money back and asked them to read these reviews so they block them from using their payment facility. My order was for around £150,which is a lot of money, but Im just hoping I will receive a full refund. Im happy to post the clothes back, you couldnt even give them away to a charity shop. Theyre horrendous. You are dealing with a serious racket here, exploiting hundreds of thousands of pounds from naieve female buyers.

My experience is exactly the same as all the others on this review site. The quality of the clothing is very poor. When I complained, apart from wishing me a nice day and promising a discount coupon code, they did nothing. The code was invalid and they refused o do anything about it. I complained to PayPal and they denied my claim. I am very disappointed in PayPal too. I expected more from them. In short, don't bother to buy anything from Cicilookshop, or you'll be very sorry you did.

BE WARNED!!!! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!!! Stupid me didn’t google the company and ordered almost 250 dollars worth of clothes. I only received half my order and was promised a refund I never received as they wouldn’t return my emails after a while. The 10 clothing items I did receive came in different shipments over the course of months. Most were wayyyy too smal so I couldn’t wear them and they did not look like the pictures in no way shape or fashion. Very poor quality. I may had 2 shirts I could use but after washing those the threading was coming apart and the other shrunk even more in cold water!!! Do not get scammed as I did. Stay away from this China produced company! They are a rippoff! They are very similar to Light In The Box company reviews I’ve seen; probably the same company!

DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DO NOT BUY ONE THING FROM THIS PLACE. The clothes are the worst quality I have ever had. The shirt I received had a huge hole in it. Who packages this that they didn’t notice. The strap that came with a shirt didn’t fit. It’s almost laughable except they are fighting my return. They’re in China so customer service is almost non-existent. again DO NOT SHOP FROM HERE!!!

Since weeks I've been waiting for my refund. Every time the same response, but from different employees telling me that they apologize and so on...
I'm fed up and going to send the whole history of this case to the german consumer protection so they'll get banned selling stuff in Germany.

Never do business with this company. They basically stole $89 from me. They do not want returns. They tell you to regift your items rather than return them. I have contacted them many times trying to get my refund. They confirmed they have all the info for my order. They confirmed they have my return slip, tracking number, every thing. They said they will try to refund my money. It has been 9 months now and no refund. They are crooks.

I did an order at June 2019 for almost $200.00, still waiting the site specific said 20 days, its been mor than 2 months
I just want my Order!!!!
