I ordered 3 blouses on 3/24/19 with an estimate date of delivery in 3-7 business days. I still have not received the third blouse which is after almost 6 weeks! I recently received the other 2 white blouses that were of such poor quality it was ridiculous! The material was so cheap it was outrageous. I have reached out to get a refund and they have refused; I tried to cancel and they refused. I have tried to go through dispute resolution - there is no such thing.
Do not deal with this company!!

It took almost 3 months for my item to arrive. I ordered a sweater and by the time it arrived the weather was too warm to wear it. The customer care was horrible, after each email I sent complaining that my item still hadn't arrived I was told to 'be patient'. Will not be ordering anything from them again.

When we are looking for clothing we want platforms that will meet our needs and desire. Communication is very important. I love how this store followed up until I received my order on time. I am going to buy from them again and again

definitely amazing, the dress i bought surpassed all my expectations. The length is perfect, I was first nervous but it just barely brushes the floor from where my wife wears it on her natural waistline. It has the perfect weight to it, too; very light, airy, and flowy feeling with just enough "heft" so you feel like you're actually wearing something. I'm very, very excited to have this for my wife to my friend's wedding in a couple of weeks!

Item ordered nothing like described. Scam website. Luckily l paid through Paypal and l have got my money back. Please please do not buy from this company. I have learnt my lesson. Check out reviews of companies before you order.

Horrible- I ordered several shirts and paid for expedited shipping without realizing that it was coming from Hong Kong (they hide that fact) and then it takes weeks to get your order and when it finally arrives, the quality is extremely cheap and does not look like the pictures. I also didn’t receive the entire order. I’m mad at myself because I’ve never been scammed and I fell for this one. Also, i called and left a message per their phone number (this is fake). I emailed them and have yet to hear from them on where I return the cloths because they conveniently leave the address off their site. I tried to send a ticket via their support area of their website and it conveniently doesn’t recognize the security code you enter so you can never submit the ticket. TOTAL SCAM

I ordered my items in March and paid for expedited shipping and it’s now the end of April. I received email after email after e-mail asking me to choose a different item even though I told them each time “no”. I also told them NOT TO SHIP TO ME if I couldn’t receive my order by May 6th. Now they’ve given me a fake shipping number. Read the 5 star reviews; you can tell they are fake.

Yet another e-mail telling me that yet another item i paid for 3 monrhs ago is out of stock and would i like to choose another item not a chance still waiting for a refund from 3 months ago just keep being told ir takes 7to10 days to refund don't order from them i think all the 5 star reviews are fake done by themselves as the quality is really bad very expensive dusters
